I think we have OWLS + NEWTS, yes. They are in the report card so I'd assume we have them.

For the Yule Ball, example, this is a little different. There's a timeline of events (in the encyclopedia I believe) and it says that the Triwizard Tournament was ended. We will still have balls and such but not the tournament. There is a ball happening in a week or two though - as part of the Blossomfest. So yes, we have some of the things but also some things will be done differently to go with our storyline.

i have not seen an ability to do that so is there a possibility to collect chocolate frog cards ?

1. When are the holiday months for Hogwarts?

2. Are we allowed to use spells that are taught in theory but not practical?

3. For the new race thingy, are people allowed to have other supernatural powers?

for your first question, it follows along british holiday rule things. for example, the summer holidays are july-august and back in september. but that could be incorrect, i just read it somewhere on this sight

1. In the summer, it is July to September. In the winter, the break is usually before Christmas Eve, etc. and is two weeks before. Thus the winter break lasts two weeks.

2. No, you cannot. If it's just mentioned, a student would not be able to use it.

3. Nothing beyond what the lore states/what might be said on the thread. The thread is still incomplete, so this answer may change. As of now, no powers.

I thought hogwarts followed the American summer holidays, like the 3 month thing (we only get 6 weeks in the UK) but I guess not   also for Wes in the UK we come back mid July actually, our holidays start at the beginning of June.

No, the setting is in London, so it's make sense to use the same holidays too.

Hogwarts is in Scotland not London >.>

Besides hogwarts doesn't seem to have the british holidays either because according to Sergei hogwarts has 2 months when we have 6 weeks haha, I just thought it was American because they came back in September and we don't do that haha.

It will be. Currently being coded! Might take a while to appear tho as it's not a priority but yes, there is a plan for that.


(Also i think Hogwarts follows the same as England holidays rather than Scotland, oddly enough!!! We have it from around 15th July to early Sept. So around 1.5 months but it does run from July to Sept and some schools give the full 2 months, others don't.) Either way, July to Sept is what we will use.
