Yesterday I found a cat in front of my home. It had a collar but belonged to the person across from us, I truly hate people who think all cats should be outside cats because this cat was cold and just wanted inside. (I couldn't let it inside we have dogs and they don't care for cats) the cat was nice and I let it use a heat pack but I don't know what to do now.
