Too much is going on here and I feel like there's a whirlwind of things or a tornado or hurricane or tsunami and it's going to catch me up and spin me around and spit me out somewhere!!!

I need to do so much now that the ball is here but I'm like GAH WHY DOES REAL LIFE GET IN THE WAY... thankfully my other condition is getting slightly better again. We shall see how things go.
