i had that problem. then i took meds, and viola, i can think a little bit more clearly and its not just apbdajhbjnf all the time. esp because i type fast. mistake was learning qwerty touch typing properly - its convenient, i can legit participate in a convo whilst typing or like close my eyes and words go weeeeeee too effortlessly. typing without thinking through got me in a lot of trouble lol.

i miss caffeine, cant have caffeine on meds as it might mess it up. now its just decaf everything.

I used to take meds, and they had to bump up the dosage every 6-8 months or so. Eventually it became infeasible when it was at about 45 mg and still in a capsule. I hated that stuff too, because it made me less in control of my emotions. Now I don't care, so wheee to tea!

me with alexithymia: what emotions? i love my meds ~ once doc and i worked out the right dose (which is like 40-50mg throughout the day x.x), my brain is way less annoying and more manageable. ironic that adhd makes you forget to take meds that make you less likely to forget stuff.
when i was a child, i used to drink at least 10+ cups of green/black tea during big family dinners, that my parents had to tell me it was enough lol. i slept perfectly fine - better even, now i know why.

I hated taking meds, but I quit taking them cause they canceled all my emotions. My friends always was like, are you okay? and I was like, I don't know

heh. opposite for me. I was too emotional, and they eve diagnosed me with bipolarness.
