@Josette Rutledge Currently there isn't a way to select an image from your desktop and import it onto HiO, though you can use image hosting sites such as Imgur or Imgbb.
Basically, you upload your computer image onto that site and it'll give you a URL link to use.

@Elisabeth Erner You can resell items if you would like; if someone wants the item you can always strike up a deal with them (you give them the item and then they give you the money for it) or you can just resell it back to the store. If you do this, you won't be reselling it for the full price you paid for it but you can check how much it would resell for if you go to your items and click the + button next to it. Then if you want to sell it, you just click sell and your account will automatically be refunded with the price it is selling for.

Question! Is it possible to apply for a special race as well as an ability as a first year? I know I'm only able to gain one ability per year, though say I wanted to apply for part-veela or something of the sort- would that cancel out applying for an ability like charmer as well?

@Charlotte Phelps No, you can't have Part Veela and Charmer all at once. It's one ability per year, if you apply for a race it blocks your opportunity to apply for a ability too. Example: Year 1: Part Veela, Year 2: Charmer Ability, Year 3: Next ability etc...
