I assume you've been to clinic to get evaluated and treated?

Other than that, the usual --- salt water gargle (spoonful of salt in a tall glass of warm water)
Soft foods (no chips or pizza, only soup and mush!)
Warm tea (with lemon and honey if you like)
Warm steamy shower
Throat drops --- some have topical pain relievers, and those are nice!

And of course, *hugs!* Hope you feel better soon!
