That’s a brilliant question! I was originally going to say mirror give how central to Dido her imitation/mimicry of those around her is but, unlike a mirror, it really isn’t quite like the person. So, slightly less everyday, but Dido is probably one of those mirrors in a funfair/circus which slightly distort your image.

Could your character be represented by any film/book/artwork etc? (Eg the book ‘Treasure Island’ because of xyz)

She can be represented as Glinda upland. Happy but sorta tragic life :]
