I'm a little busy at the moment right now, focusing more on the Vday event but will try to post soon in the ongoing meeting if you all want to join in! If you'd rather wait for a new meeting that's fine too. But the current one just started (I got busy so didn't have it go too far yet, sorry about that!) so it will be easy to join this one if you want to.

I decided to slightly alter the club's info to be 3 short skits instead of 3 connected skits. Otherwise everything remains the same. Please post beneath this post if you wish to remain in the club from now on. If you do not post here before the end of the month you will be removed. I will set up the new meeting on December 1st. Why do you want to join: Jrue is a very intuitive individual. When it comes to memorizing things, she's historical. She managed the entirety of Romeo and Juliet before she was 11. Plus, her father participated in his Secondary School's theater program, and thought she'd take a shot at something new and fun here at Hogwarts!

I want to join the Drama Club because I’ve never done anything like this before, and it might help me be braver about talking in front of people. I’m usually quiet, but I like working hard and learning new things. I enjoy watching others act, and I want to try it myself despite my nervousness. It seems like a good place to meet people and push myself better

Why do you want to join: First off, I love acting. I enjoy embodying characters and plunging myself into interesting storylines and such. I am a big fan of method acting, I think it’s the best type. I would be ok with a side or main role, as I believe there are no small roles. I’m not very interested in working backstage, but am ok with being an understudy. I love musical plays as well as solely acting plays. In conclusion, acting is a passion of mine.
