I have insomnia. Melatonin didn't do me much good.

Oh, we just learned that in psych about two weeks ago, that must be hard

It is. I miss out on a lot of my day because I sleep it away.

Ouch, If we were taught how to help with insomnia I'd give you ideas but we were just taught what it was. How bad is yours?

It's alright. I've seen a doctor about it. They might put me on meds soon. Mine is pretty severe, and has been bothering me since I was a kid.
Sometimes it keeps me up for several days.

That's so bad, I'm sorry, um have you tried coffee I think I read somewhere that caffiene helps with something

I really don't think you can help me. I appreciate it, but I'm 18 now. I can just receive meds.

Well that's good I guess I'm not even 17 yet so I can't make decisions like that for now.
