The "Application" is between Character Statistics and Character Backstory on the Index Application. You need to state the race you want and write 500 words on how it applies to your character or how your character became that way.

guys idk whats happening but i have not been able to wake up properly this week :[ every day has been sooo hard and i was supposed to be in class 5 min ago and im still in bed UGH
