No worries!

Two ways you can do this: first is to write out (or copy-n-paste) the person's whole name (capital letters, spaces, dashes, accented letters are all required), then highlight the name and click on the @ icon in the edit bar.

The other way is the click the @ icon first and then paste the name into the middle. Should look like this but without the spaces in the tags:

[ mention]Abaeze Kellan[/mention ]
