you cant as a first year you cant, although u can buy something and gift it to that person and they could sell it but u cant make a money transaction with anyone due to being a first year

You cannot sent money as a first year. We have sadly had several unscrupulous people make accounts and then send themselves money. They try with items too, but we do check. When your 'friend' or 'brother'sharing your IP gets stuff for seemingly no reason we do look into it. So please papertrail the reason you send someone something.
