You need to go throgh a process to be able to post it on here. It needs to have URL. Personally I use Flickr due to me being to dumb to understand any other way.

Make a flickr account. Upload a picture and make it public.
Then click on the second button that is in the bottom right corner. It should be a small arrow that looks like it is turning:

After you have clicked that then press Embeded and copy the link:

When you copy the embed link and paste it in your post it should look like this:
