I checked your trunk and you need 11 points to get wandmaker ability. Since you're a 1st year and you get +5 points each year, you can't get wandmaker as your 2nd year ability because you'll only have a total of 14 wisdom at that point in time if you put all 5 points into wisdom and nothing else. Yes.

First Year: you cannot have more than 10 points in any one stat.
Second Year: you cannot have more than 10 points in any one stat.
Third Year: you cannot have more than 15 points in any one stat.
Fourth Year: you cannot have more than 15 points in any one stat.
Fifth Year: you cannot have more than 20 points in any one stat.
Sixth Year: you cannot have more than 20 points in any one stat.
Seventh Year: you cannot have more than 25 points in any one stat.
Adult: You cannot have more than 25 points in any one stat.

Oh, so I guess the earliest you could get wandless magic ability would be Y5.
But that's only if you put 11 points into wisdom by Y5.
You'd get 20 points to put into stats from Y2-Y5 but there are caps for each year.
So you'd have to save 11 points to put into wisdom and then have 9 points to allocate to other stats.
However, you'd still have to wait until at least 5th year to get wandless magic ability.
As you need wisdom 20 which you can't get until 5th year.
