When Lillian started talking about the koi fish he imagined how pretty they were. He surprisingly never really had seen one, so his mind was racing about it. He had imagined them in great detail too. "gosh the fish sound so pretty."

"Okay, if you could have any any pet in the whole entire world - anything you wanted at all - what would it be and what would you call it?" adonis put his finger to his chin like he was thinking. He took a few seconds ."its not as cool as a tiger or lion or anything, but probably one of those highland cows with the long hair or a horse " he had seen them in pictures and though they were just so cute. "i would definitely name it ...uhh." he put his finger back to his chin and itched. "maybe like..crisps?" he laughed. "im really not that good with names." he scratched his head again, messing with his curls and fluff. He had loved horses and cows, for their size and gentle nature."they are like big gentle giants who just wanna eat." he grinned, that was sorta like him. "what about you? you're probably better with names than me."

She gasped when he mentioned Highland cows. Lillian loved cows, especially highland cows. Then she laughed when he said, "maybe like..crisps?" for a name. To be fair, crisps is quite an original name. Then, when he said "what about you? you're probably better with names than me." she shook her head.

"That's not true at all," she said continuing to shake her head, "But, if I could have any pet in the world I would definitely definitely have a shark called Mono. I know it seems random, but my favourite video-game has a character called Mono and I love him very much." She laughed, a little embarrassed to admit that she loved a video-game character. "But if not I would have a cat either called Shark after my favourite animal or Charlie after my favourite movie character...So yeah, I'm not good at names either. Although if the cat was a girl I'd call her Aphrodite." She said with a short nod. Lillian had thought a lot about the names of her pets, almost as if she had been waiting for this question.

Quite frankly, Lillian did not have a lot of reason behind the names beside the fact that they're some of her favourite things.

He heard the small gasp she did when he mentioned highland cows, and assumed she liked them too. that made him extremely happy. He really hopes to have one or even just pet one, one day. Adonis giggled and made a small snort. "thats super cool! where would you even keep a shark ?" he laughed. "you'd need a huuuggee tank. " he was having too much fun thinking of the different possibilities with a shark . "you could feed the shark all the people you don't like-....actually thats a bit dark!"

he wiped his brain slate clean trying to stop talking about the shark thing."so what movie and video game are those names from? km not too big with movies n video games .." Adonis was a bit embarrassed because he didn't play a lot of video games or watched movies, but its better to learn. His parents thought that sorta thing would mess with his brain , since they were very strict.

Lillian became extremely excited when Adonis asked about the movie and the video-game. She loved to talk about them, since they were her favourite things, and she sat up excitedly ready to rramble.

"Well, Mono is from a video game called Little Nightmares 2. It's actually a horror game and its really quite scar." She giggled excitedly, which did not match the game she was talking about, "It's the prequel to a game called Little Nightmares. I think it would be a really cute little game if it wasn't so terrifying." She said with a laugh.

"The movie is Dead Poets Society...Not a lot of people have heard about it. It came out in 1989 so it's not very well known. It's about boys at an all-boys boarding school and they decide to become adventurous and rebel against their parents. It's a really lovely movie, but it's also really sad...Charlie is one of the boys and i love him, he's so funny..You know that movie actually made me want to learn Latin, now I'm fluent in it. Who knew sad movies about a bunch of boys going against their parents could be so inspiring." She sighed wistfully, thinking about how wonderful the movie was and how long it would be until she could watch it again. Then she realised she was rambling and smiled at Adonis.

"I'm sorry I'm talking so much, I just get excited when I have a chance to talk about the things I like...Especially if it involves Latin." She laughed. Learning Latin was one of the hardest things she had ever had to do, but by now she knew it quite well.

``Oo spooky.`` adonis commented on the game she was talking about.
he listened to what she was saying about the movie, the way she talked about it really made him want to see it. It sounded like one he'd enjoy. ``you learned latin? that's insanely cool!`` he gave a big toothy grin.``That would be so hard-`` he laughed, Adonis could probably never learn another language. he doesn't have the patience or memory to do so. ``that movie does sound a bit inspiring afterall.``

I'm sorry I'm talking so much, I just get excited when I have a chance to talk about the things I like...Especially if it involves Latin." He bounced and answered ``Its fine! all of this is super interesting! i thinks its super impressive you know latin. `` he thought he read somewhere that it was a hard language to learn, but he wasn't quite sure. ``how long did it take you to learn latin? ive heard its difficult and all.`` He trailed off into thought thinking about it. lillian seems to be pretty smart, and that was very admirable to him. He'd never had met someone as interesting and easy to talk to as her.

Lillian felt much better when Adonis continued to be energetic instead of getting bored of her. She was especially glad when he said "how long did it take you to learn latin?" because it meant that he wanted to know more, which people didn't often do around Lillian.

"Oh, it took me three years to get super super good at it...It's a dead language now so it was pretty hard, but i was young when I started so that made it easier. Besides, in a lot of modern languages like French, Italian, and even English a lot of the words are derived from Latin which will make those easier too. I can also speak Mandarin because my relatives and mum speak that so I grew up with it," she said with a shrug, "I want to learn Ancient Greek next, in my favourite book most of the characters can speak Latin and Ancient Greek, I want to be like them," she laughed, sounding slightly nervous, " I must sound like such a nerd to you, wanting to know all of these languages."

She scratched the back of her neck. She was worried that Adonis would feel like she was acting like she was better than him and then he'd get bored or annoyed with her and never speak to her ever again.

Adonis was completely involved in it all. He was super impressed still and interested. " I must sound like such a nerd to you, wanting to know all of these languages." he was started tapping his foot and messing with his fingers. ``pf, you're not a nerd! learning all of that is so cool. i couldn't ever learn a language because i forget so easily, but i hope i can one day!`` he smiled once more nodding his head. ``my memories bound to get better eventually.`` pause. ``i think i tried to read a book about learning german, but gave up immediately.`` he laughed. ``latin being a dead language means barely anyone speaks it anymore, right: how would you learn it? old books and stuff?`` he rubbed the back of his head. he didn't want to seem pestering but he wasn't to enlightened on the different languages.``Sorry, don't mean to ask this many questions, it is pretty interesting though.`` he looked a bit nervous , and felt a little bad, but she did seem to like talking about it anyways. He looked very invested in it all anyways, almost anything she said came out as interesting to him.

Lillian smiled when he asked about it being a dead language. "Yeah, it's a language that's not longer used for every-day communication anywhere," she told him with a nod, "I learnt it from books, I taught myself. I used to sit in the library for hours at a time and read through all the books until I had to go home, and I'd do research on the computers there too." She laughed a little.

"Actually the first Latin phrase I learnt was from Dead Poets Society. The phrase was Carpe Diem, it's a really good phrase. In English it means seize the day...And that basically means that you should took take every chance you get because you'll never get another shot at this day, this time, this moment. Sometimes I have to tell it to myself. I had to tell it to myself earlier when i decided to talk to you...It's one of my favourite Latin phrases," she told him with a nod, looking around and taking in everything around her. Lillian was very glad she finally got a chance to tell someone knew about this and share her knowledge.

"If you're ever afraid to do something," she began, looking at him again, "keep that in mind." she smiled. "Carpe Diem...Seize the day," she said quietly to herself, looking around again.

"Carpe Diem" He felt like he had heard that somewhere before, but just couldn't put a finger on it. ``how do you say it? car..carpet diem?`` he said it pretty wrong,trying to figure it out. ``that's a pretty good idealism ,seize the day. `` he's probably going to use that eventually. Adonis thought it was very cool, and glanced out the window once more. he heard her saying it to herself. Must mean a lot to her.

Adonis would share stuff with her, but most of his life just revolved around baking and messing around. he was either in the kitchen or outside. He barely learned anything from school after learning how to read anyways. now looking fully out the window. His foot was tapping yet everything else was still. his head was filled with so many different thoughts at once, not being able to entertain just one. ``my parents are not to big on movies or games either.`` he chuckled.``i really gotta start watching movies, i'd probably love them. im easily impressed sometimes.`` that was a bit obvious. he gets impressed by almost anything, anywhere- but rightfully so. he is a wizard now after all, and he really didn't know what to expect.

She laughed a little when he tried to say the phrase. Lillian was surprised to hear that his parents weren't big on games or movies. She herself didn't like movies all that much, but she had still seen quite a lot.

She watched him as he gazed out of the window and tapped his foot, letting take a moment to look out at the landscape before talking again incase she disturbed him. Then he mentioned that he should watch more movies and said, "i'd probably love them. im easily impressed sometimes." which Lillian pretty much already knew. She didn't want to be mean, but it was sort of obvious. She thought it was cute, though, and she couldn't really blame him.

"Well, you must have seen at least one movie before, right? Have you? And if you have what movie or movies have you seen. And were they good, did you like them?" she asked. Then she realised that she was asking too many questions and she stopped talking out of fear of overwhelming him. "Sorry," she said apologetically, "I must be annoying you with all the questions, I'm just interested. I wonder if we've seen any of the same movies."
