In the Rehearsal Room description it doesn't mention a piano, but would it be okay to assume that there is one in there since its often used for musical performances? If not would anyone have any suggestions on obtaining a piano?

I would say yes as I’ve seen many rp’s there which mention a piano

Yep! It is assumed, but there is a piano in there!

I was wondering if a pc and inpc can run the same shop. So say for example my pc, Diana and my iNPC, Latoya run a shop together, is that allowed??

There is no benefit or break in our systems if you team up with yourself, you still have just one shop. Might be a bit confusing for the people buying your products.

Besides opening a shop, how do iNPC's get money?

iNPCs don’t get a stipend, so their only source of money besides shops is events like errands that give money (but make sure they’re specifically allowing other schools because most don’t. ) Otherwise you can just share money from your PC account.

This was done because users with iNPCs would gain an extra stipend which would mean users without iNPCs would not get as much money resulting in imbalance.

That's odd as I can access the stipend for Luka because because it seems that I shouldn't be able to I just sent a owl to a member of inpc staff
