Yes, that's right! Special races and talents can only get one every other year.

Yes, so as a seer I get an ability of my choice in 2nd, 4th and 6th year. In 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th they were dictated by seer.

U guys are really organised. I regret giving Hadrian cats grace. I realise I don't really need to sneak in any threads lol. I realised A LOT of players, especially inpc are getting fearless. I think terrible presence effects are just too good.
