We aim to have it so that a single person only participates in one summer game. So if your PC gets the opportunity to play a summer game, ideally your iNPC would be sitting out their sports game that summer (i.e. someone already participating in a summer game is the lowest priority during sign-ups for a second game). However, as we build up our iNPC population, summers may call for one player to be in two summer games (PC and iNPC).

Ideally users will not be playing in two summer games. In the event someone is playing in two summer games because of numbers needed, they are already getting an advantage - two chances at a single stat point. If they win both, we are granting an extra house point. Sure that may not seem like a lot, but also need to consider the fact that their chances to gain that extra stat point were part of the reward too.

Also question about the 4 stat points available during the year. Let's say that you lose 3/4 duels throughout the year. Summer time comes around (your last chance) and you win on both PC and iNPC. Would the stat point win from both count as double then since you didn't get any stat points during the whole school year? Or would just one count like usual, even though you got 0 stat points that year.

It would still only count as one stat point. It is 2 chances at a single stat point, not a chance to makeup for stat points they could've earned earlier in the year.

I think it would be better if the reward wasn't extra stat points then and more like IC stuff.

Us giving away a creepy teddy bear is way easier to balance. Be careful about homogenizing the community too much, it may reduce variability and opportunity. But, much like how we changed house cup wins, if it gets pushed by a vocal enough of a contingent, we will consider it.

The house cup wins and top earners had originally been the main story events (and maybe Ball planning although I am not sure on that), it was all then changed to what it currently is so every month has an assigned reward instead.
