I think so, or at least your brain simulates what it thinks it would feel like. I once had a dream that I was falling down an elevator shaft, thought I have never done that. It was before I rode Tower of Terror also/ so…
And it was quite a vivid dream as well.

isnt that the same thing- I can't even go up seven rungs on a ladder without having anxiety.
