For Lenny, The world was never really a safe place. Growing up as the daughter of a curse-breaker meant that her house was filled with quiet dangers, dangers no one really used to talk about, but yes her father's office remained the off-limits zone, which obviously meant that she got more curious about it. Her father already told her that in this world, we don't survive by being loud or brave, we survive by noticing things that everyone else missed. You have to make sure that all the objects are in their right place, the shadows that just don't feel right. She survived in such a household where everything on the first glance seemed perfect but the deeper you go, the more you have to watch your steps, one wrong move and boom, you are gone.

She is not quiet because she's shy or doesn't have anything to say, she's just busy, looking at the odds of a place that everyone else is oblivious to. Busy trying to crack the codes of the world. The codes that can only be cracked if you do better than everyone else.

While she sees people trying hard to climb up on the social ladder, she just observes people's eyes, where they stayed too long for, and where they didn't even look at. Their smiles, the ones that didn't reach their eyes, the ones that seemed forced and the ones that came so easily and genuinely.

Her this 'ability' is not really because of any sightings or sounds, it's an intuitive knowing that something is out of the place. She has never really been flattered by anyone, in general, which explains her lack of friendships in the muggle world, even if she try, she cannot be distracted by a pretty face or a persuasive and kind words that in reality mean nothing. She knows all people do is talk, they don't mean. She is busy noticing the stillness of a person behind a mask, everyone wears a mask, she know that. Some of pretending to be happy when they are not, some pretending to care when they don't, some trying to act like a hero, when in fact, they are not.

She knows you even when you think you are 'invisible' or 'safe', and that knowledge is the only thing that can keep her safe for the dark side of this world

Laasya was a muggle born, everybody knew that, but that did not mean she was not capable of things other wizards were. So when Laasya went to Diagon Alley to get her school supplies early in August, she was amazed by all the wizard stuff. She knew that she would be able to join in as well in a month or so. She had gotten her wand, 26,0 cm, hawthorn wood and basilisk horn. After getting all her supplies and reaching, home, she had found her textbooks amongst all the other stuff they had gotten. Laasya leafed through each one, a habit she used to do back in muggle school as she loved to read. Out of all the new, interesting subjects; potions, Herbology, DADA, Laasya found the Charms textbook, the most interesting and simple for even a wizard who had just discovered they were one only recently. The textbook was called ‘Book of Spells’ by Miranda Gowshak. Laasya opened the first page, on it was the Mending Charm or Reparo. Laasya had just read that page and she was already in love with the subject. Laasya really wanted to try it out, but then she would get into great trouble and probably be exposed, considering she hadn’t even stepped foot onto Hogwarts. She opened to the next spell, the Dancing Feet spell. The spells seemed so interesting, the fact that they could make any object dance or repair itself. Oh well, Laasya could join in once she arrived at Hogwarts. She imagined what fun she would have, performing the spells with her peers. The other textbooks were waiting beside her, wanting to be opened. She would study those a bit as well, but right now, the Charms textbook was too interesting to put down. She flipped to the next spell, the Levitation Charm with the incantation which Laasya tried to pronounce. ‘Wingardium LeviOsa’ She chanted while her mother looked at her in confusion. The incantation sounded so light and delicate, like the main purpose of the spell. Next up was the Wand Lighting Charm with the incantation Lumos. Laasya chanted that as well, under her breath, so that her parents would not look at her as if she was crazy. In just 2 hours, Laasya had most of the spells in the textbook memorized with their purposes and incantations. Now, her impatience to reach Hogwarts had increased even more, in order to try out the spells. The wizarding world really was amazing!

Describe why this fits your character (not why you, the player, want it):

There he was, young Harry Branddor, in Diagon Alley with his mother and younger brother, to buy the necessary materials for Hogwarts. Harry was excited to finally go to school and, obviously, to finally get his wand. While his mother went out to buy books and uniforms, Harry decided to go to Ollivanders to buy his wand, after having dreamed so much about this moment.

Upon entering Ollivanders, Harry noticed a tranquil atmosphere that contrasted with the exterior of Diagon Alley. There was a smell of polished wood in the air, probably due to the large amount of wood in the place, both in the wands and in the rest of the building. A man with gray hair and a face marked by scars... A wrinkled man leaned against the counter, reading a book about trees and their magical properties, seemingly quite engrossed, until Harry entered the shop.

"-Ahem-" the boy cleared his throat. The man looked up quickly and noticed the customer's arrival.

"-Ah, if it isn't a little boy, probably going to Hogwarts, coming to buy his first wand?" the man replied.

"-Yes, sir, I'd love to finally have my wand. I've dreamed of this day for many years," said Harry excitedly.

"-Well, then, let's not waste any time," the man replied quickly, leaving and going to examine some wands.

Após alguns minutos arduos eChoosing a wand, Mr. Ollivander tried exhaustively to find one for the boy. After a few hours, he found a wand made of chestnut and Snallygast heartstring, and the wand ended up working, which made Harry leave satisfied. But there was a problem: after a week with the wand, Harry realized that it refused to perform certain basic spells and wasn't very powerful for more complex ones. Harry was somewhat dissatisfied and wanted to know if there was a problem.

Upon returning to Mr. Ollivander, the old man seemed intrigued. Never before had a wand worked partially for a wizard. Restless and somewhat disappointed, Mr. Ollivander searched diligently for a new wand, one that would truly be effective for the young wizard.

"-Ah, let's see... ah, how about this one?"

It was a rigid wand, with a unicorn hair core and applewood, 27 centimeters long.

Harry waved his wand to cast some kind of spell, and suddenly several drawers began to leap open, expelling everything inside. Harry was startled and, unintentionally... dropped his wand on the floor.

"—Uhhh, no..." said the boy and the man at the same time, as the salesman went back to check another wand.

"—Hmmmm... ah!" "Here, try this one—"

Harry waved a long wand, 35 centimeters, with a phoenix tail core and walnut wood. After waving the wand, a lamp on the counter shattered, almost setting the place on fire.

"Aquamenti!" said the man, spraying water on the counter.

"Excuse me," replied Harry.

"Oh, nonsense, this happens almost every day here. Let's find the ideal wand."

After that, the man left and, while searching, tried another wand.

"Could this be...?" — Try this one.

A flexible wand, made of acacia wood, of beautiful appearance, with a spiral resembling a unicorn horn, black in color, and a core of Romanian dragon heartstring, 33 centimeters long. Harry waved the wand and...

A very bright white light illuminated the room.

"Ah, incredible! I never imagined this wand would ever be sold. You know, when I built it, I was looking for someone who could excel in the mystical arts, and perhaps you, my boy, are that person!"

-Never in my entire life have I seen such a special connection. The characteristics of this wand are as peculiar as the one who wields it, and that, my boy, explains why the other one seemed to 'resist' some spells. Perhaps it didn't connect perfectly with you, despite being a great wand, which means you are far from being an ordinary wizard! Honestly, I never thought I would sell this wand! This is incredible!-

The wand was perfect. In every way.

Flexibility: Flexible
Harry is not only a highly intellectual boy, he is also a stubborn boy, internally he tends to be very critical and analytical, always looking for a way to solve a problem, he often likes to explore the most complex concepts and tends to always have to approach each one in a different way.
Flexibility suits him because of his ability to reason logically quickly and improvise in tactics and thinking, he likes to vary, always alternating his way of observing something.

84/50 words.

Length 33 cm:
Harry is someone who doesn't like simplistic solutions; when it comes to something he truly considers important, he compels himself, driven by impulse and obsession, to do the best he can, drawing out his best focus and discipline and developing other characteristics such as resilience and determination. A long wand demands control and mastery, and Harry has proven in his 11 years of life to be capable of mastering the most complex situations in his life.

77/50 words.

Romanian longhorn dragon heartstring core:
Harry is stubborn, obsessive, likes to tackle his problems head-on, and isn't satisfied with the simple. This has always reflected his determination and courage to achieve what he wants, whether it's getting rid of a problem or fulfilling his ambitions. He always seeks a way to become more complete, even if it requires a lot of effort and courage.

69/50 words

Acacia wood:
Acacia wood:
This part of his wand reflects many facets of his personality, his creativity and extravagance, and above all his affection for technical refinement and extraordinary application. Harry was never content with the simple and basic, but always wanted to delve endlessly into the concepts that most enchanted him, aiming for grand and complex spells and feats. Harry is also very determined and demanding of himself, which reflects his commitment to the things he considers most important, as well as his loyalty. Although acacia wood is more loyal to more talented wizards, Harry is quite loyal, especially to people compatible with his principles.

- Please elaborate why Harry chose to get a new wand. His acquisition for the new wand should be different compared, this could be because the original wand did not fit him and during the holiday's he went back to get a new wand. It would be unlikely for Harry to hand-pick his wand upon initial acquisition.

it was another year in germany, another year to tend to your wounds as a boy who hadn't been certain or willing to return back to hogwarts. it caused you to remain agile, one step above the others in observation and movement to avoid anything that might've caused even a little bit of friction — especially around the villiage in which your grandparents lived. the pureblooded society who often murmured and questioned why a student age child was still around when he should've been anywhere but where you were. you ensured to move with intent and with purpose to avoid those deathly glares aimed to poke and prod. your grandmother told them to pay them no mind, but you decide otherwise that your time hiding was coming to an end. how much longer could he hide and delay the inevitable?

you continue to practice with your broom in the skies, yearning for the quidditch pitch or the broom racing tracks with a hand on your silver arrow and a grandfather willing to coach you on how to be better. you never thought his words were help guide you into agility but even he thought that if you wanted, one day you might've been a professional athlete. it's not what you want though, just something to focus on for now when actually learning and spell casting was s out of the question.

you return back to hogwarts as a second year and you're absolutely pissed at the reality. the school shared that there was no way to join fourth year without taking a test and you enrollment was important to ensure eligibility for the test ; how moronic but you decide not to make waves and return to school with two months to go as a second year.

you make the broom racing team, you miraculously set yourself on fire during your first match and decide to not sign up for any teams and simply get your flying in the Scottish Highlands back in order.

you ask others to train with you by throwing quaffles, aiming bludgers as you focus on agility and do the same in the halls by dodging students and professors while keeping your head down and trying not to make any more attention on yourself.

next year would be your year to shine but this year was focused on survival and staying light on your broom and agile was paramount in surviving a cruel world looking for the any opportunity to tear a young wizard down.

Since Mat was 6 years old, his mother would give lessons to him and his brother in the house library. She was a very talented and knowledgeable witch, who spent a lot of her life researching and writing books about magic, so it was decided that she would school the children without the need of an external tutor. At the beginning, she explained to them how the magic world works and the history of magic (something she was very passionate about). Unfortunately those long speeches didn't have the desired effect, as Mat spent half of the time looking out the window bespeaking his boredom. Not knowing what to do, his mother tried to get Mat's attention with a simple spell: levitating a book, setting it on fire, and making the flames disappear without damaging the pages. Mat was stunned, staring at the book with a sparkle in his eyes that he had never shown during their lessons. This soon became a ploy for his mother, who managed to keep Mat's attention with the promise that she would show him more spells, provided that he listened to the other teachings. Over the following months, Mat begged his mother several times to teach him how to cast spells, but always in vain: “You're too young,” was the usual response. “You're not allowed to use a wand yet.” And so Mat had to settle for the spell books they had at home. He wasn't the type to stay cooped up in the library reading, but he often took a book with him when he went out to the hill behind his house and, after an afternoon of outdoor play, he would spend the last hours of daylight reading the various spells, practising their pronunciation and movements with a twig. Of course, none of the stones he pointed his “wand” at showed the slightest sign of moving, but his movements became increasingly fluid and his tone more confident. When, at the age of 11, he read his Hogwarts acceptance letter, his eyes lingered on one item on the supply list: a wand. Overcome with excitement, he insisted on going to Ollivander's as soon as possible, and finally his parents agreed. Perhaps because of the phoenix feather core, perhaps because of his trepidation and impatience, the wand seemed to come to life when the old maker placed it in his hand. Once the shopping was done, Mat began curiously leafing through the spellbook and realised that many were already familiar to him. In the last weeks of summer, he tested some of them: he broke the twig that had served as his makeshift wand and re-welded the ends with the mending spell, and even managed to levitate some leaves. The first week of school Mat checked the schedule: he wouldn't have Spell class until Thursday. That morning, Mat entered the classroom with the other first-years to attend his first Spell lesson. He smiled when Professor Fresnel explained to the class how to repair the small skeletons on their desks, almost able to predict every word of the instructions she was giving. "Reparo!" His was one of the first voices to be heard in the classroom, eager as he was to test his abilities. The skeleton's backbone was welded back together in one piece, leaving no visible traces of the break. Matt grabbed the pastry that flew from the teacher's desk and prepared to make the skeleton dance. “Tarantallegra!” he cast the spell confidently, sure of the result.

Ophelia was certainly not ready for this new life. This was what she was realizing just now, as she was saying her goodbyes to her parents and brother. She didn't know anything about magic, she didn't even believe it was real a year ago, how was she suddenly moving to an apparently overly huge castle to learn about it? She didn't want to leave anything valuable to her behind, hence having thought of bringing her phone with her, but her mother was quick to catch the feigned innocent look she'd given them when they were walking to the car, and took her phone. The witch who'd visited them, explaining the family about magic, had specifically told them that electronics weren't to be brought into the castle; that was what made Ophelia's parents a bit more hopeful about the new world: Ophelia could spend more time living her life instead of being on her phone all the time.

Walking in the Hogwarts Express, she felt uneasy. She'd never been away from her phone, or the TV, or her headphones, for more than a day. Oh, how could she survive months and years without them? That was for her to find out. She could find new friends and try out new hobbies. She could relax in the library and read (Hogwarts had a library, for sure, she'd thought). She could just do something.

She was sure, after some deep thinking, that learning to cast spells, making potions, hanging out with her friends, and doing her homework would take away all her free time; she wouldn't have time for playing on her phone anyway.

On the other hand, despite still feeling uneasy about leaving her stuff at home, she also felt excited. She was given the opportunity to discover a whole new world that not even her parents had believed in. And she was doing it all alone, for now; no parents, no brother, no family. Oh, now that she thought about it, it felt kind of sad. She wasn't allowed to even tell her friends about this! She was so excited she could've talked about it any time, but she controlled her mouth. They must've thought she was an unkind being because she didn't tell them the reason she was going to another school. She didn't like this one bit, but since she had to get used to it, she decided not to let it ruin her mood.

At least in summer, or any other holiday, she could go back and have fun with her family: movie nights, road trips, going to the cinema, and playing video games with her brother. She was looking forward to that as much as she was looking forward to the new school.

Jennie was always a smart little girl. Being an only child, she was often left alone. She used to sit at the window with a book in her lap, but the book often lay forgotten as her gaze wandered outside. She would observe the little things in nature—The way the mother bird fed her little children with her beak, the way the ants murmured to each other as they carried crumbs of bread back to their nest—and so much more.

Over time, she developed a skill that many people would call a sixth sense.

Jennie was seven when she watched her parents argue with some distant relatives about a piece of land. The land was left in a will by her great grandmother, and a confusion arose about who should inherit the said land. She watched her relative's expression keenly, observing the way their faces twisted in anger. When the fight died down and it was time for her to leave, she noticed the way they glanced at each other, nodding in a silent understanding. She said nothing then. Then the next day, they call her parents and tell them that they have no use for the land and that her parents could have it. Her parents were confused but did not argue.

Jennie felt that something was off. She reached over to her mother and tugged on her sleeve with her tiny hands before telling her that "something was wrong". Her mother laughed it off. The next day? A call from the family lawyer, saying that those people were planning on sabotaging them by corrupting the will. Jennie only listened with a small smile.

Jennie was ten when a girl named Evangeline transferred to her school. Everyone immediately loved her. She had the whole package—the sweet voice, the cute face, and a gentle smile. Even her friends adored her.

Now, Jennie was never one to be jealous. In fact, she herself found Evangeline to be charming. However, one interaction with her and she felt the same old feeling that something was off. Evangeline was off.

She confided in her friends, but they brushed her off, telling her that it was just her being overly cautious. However, Jennie knew what she felt, and what she was felt was the real meaning behind her deceptively sweet smile.

A few months later, whispers spread through the school corridors. Jennie found out through one of her classmates that Evangeline was found bullying a junior, who took the first place in a singing competition, overtaking Evangeline.

Jennie didn't tell her friends 'I told you so', like she normally would. She was far too used to people taking her intuitions lightly.

Hi Jennie! Your app is mostly good, I just wanted to make sure you knew that the 'Sixth Sense' ability is not really an actual 'magical' sense, but more just a feeling she has based on how perceptive she is. Your app makes sense describing her history of noticing little things, but when you describe the 'tingle', it sometimes comes off like you are describing a magical sense. Could you maybe make that a little more clear? Rather than a tingle it would be more like her just noticing that something seems off, even if she isn't sure why.

Growing up with two elder brothers automatically meant that Isabeau had to watch her back. Naturally, by behavior, boys are more prone to roughhousing play, and when you're the only girl out of three children, you're bound to be dragged into trouble one way or another. Objects got thrown, people would get tackled, pranks would get pulled, and for a majority of the time, someone ended up hurt. At first, when she was younger, Isabeau would be the boys' unsuspecting victim, the one who ended up hurt, until she figured out her brothers' tells and the signs that gave away their playful attacks.

The first time she'd managed to evade her brothers was when she was six. Théo was in his prankster phase and was eager to make a fool out of both of his siblings, and for some reason, his parents had actually bought him supplies for his birthday! Horrible idea if you were to ask Isabeau. The night before, the middle sibling had snuck out of bed and rigged the outside of his siblings' doors while they were asleep. When an unsuspecting Isabeau left her room that morning, she hadn't expected to trip on a wire on her way down to breakfast. Falling forward, the young girl managed to rotate in the air so she would land on her back, catching a flash of movement and pink by the ceiling as she did so. As she roughly landed on her back, Isabeau then promptly scampered away from her fall site, and not a second too late. The moment she cleared the area where she'd tripped, a splash of pink paint fell right where her body would've been if she hadn't moved. Breathing a sigh of relief, she cringed when she heard Lucien's outraged yell, followed by Théo's devious cackle.

The second time she evaded them was when she was seven. It was January, the middle of winter. Her brother Lucien was home from Hogwarts for the holidays, and 10-year-old Théo was ecstatic—his partner in crime was back (not saying that he didn't enjoy his little sister's company, of course, but there's just something about the bond of two brothers). Isabeau had just gotten done with figure skating for the day and wanted to go back inside to warm up properly, maybe even have a nice warm cup of hot cocoa. After putting on her boots and putting on the sparkly blade guards for her skates, she was happily bounding through the snowy area with the typical energy of a seven-year-old child when she heard Lucien's grunt and Théo's giggle behind her. It was right then and there that Isabeau knew what was happening, and just in the nick of time, she ducked, watching the giant snowball (which probably had some ice in it, too) sail right over her head. Whipping around, she glared at her dumbstruck brothers, who hadn't expected her to duck, before continuing on her way.

From these moments on, it seemed like the brothers were just unable to catch their little sister off guard. They couldn't hit her with snowballs when she least expected it. Théo couldn't prank her with seemingly simple pranks. And whenever they roughhoused playfully (because what siblings didn't enjoy a fun game of sock wrestling), they always found that Isabeau somehow dodged them at the very last second.

Flight. What a wonderful, liberating thing. The girl had been obsessed with it since she first stepped foot into the school; from her first year, from the very start of her journey at Hogwarts, she had been glued to her broom, obsessed with the sport that provided her with those rushes of adrenaline: Quidditch. And from the very beginning, she had been wielding that Beater's bat, swinging at those pesky little bludgers in a love-hate relationship. Truly exhilarating.

Flight. Brooms are not the only things that fly. One does not even have to be a wizard to make things fly. Because time flies. Time did not need a broom, or wingardium leviosa, or locomotor to fly. In the blink of an eye -- a flash of lightning -- the Ravenclaw had been at Hogwarts for five years. And that meant five years as a beater. Five years, and she was still barely competent. She had started out all wimpy; all brains and no brawn was the expression. Except she wasn't sure if the brain had been all there either. Over the years, she had developed her physical capacity far beyond what she had imagined she was capable of. That little girl who used to be bullied would be proud. But physical strength did not equate to skill. Yes, she loved the sport, but passion did not equate to aptitude. Technique -- that was where she was lacking competence, for she still struggled to perform a rebound. All the beaters she admired could do it. Even the beaters at Hogwarts had developed a mastery for the skill, let alone the beaters who played at the World Cups.

Such incompetence was impermissible. Ebony was by no means the most eager perfectionist, but that did not suggest that she held herself to low standards in any way. No, her standards were set high, especially for something that she was so passionate about.

And so, the beater set her mind to doing it. Mastering a rebound -- shouldn't be too hard, right? Wrong. It sounded so astoundingly simple. Dodge it, and hit it back. But the bludger was a weaselly little thing. Hard to dodge, for one, which was a challenge in itself. The real challenge, however, lay in dodging and immediately recovering to follow through and to hit the bludger back. Required a terrible amount of skill, truly; she sorely admired whoever had mastered the rebound, younger students especially. A terrible amount of patience was needed, too -- which the girl did lack from time to time. A fit of frustration ensued after every failure; every bludger she took to the chest; every time her bat met empty air.

She did it though, eventually. Eventually. Ebony was not one to give up, no matter how many fits she threw. An awfully long time it did take, but she succeeded one rainy afternoon. The exhilaration she felt after evading the bludger and successfully hitting it towards her target was indescribable. Mastery of one technique would not immediately result in victories, she knew; but it was a process. It was a process that the beater was willing to pour any amount of work into.

Three years of playing has taught him that bludgers are like stray dogs: they don't discriminate when it comes to who gets pummeled into next week. He's been clocked so many times that at this point, he practically hears their little metallic sneers before they even swing at him. Broken nose? Check. Sprained ribs? Oh yeah. Bruises in places he didn't know could bruise? Absolutely. But does that stop him? Of course not. All those incidents never managed to slow him down. He's used to the pains. A little sore here... Some bruises there... It's not exactly a new feeling, considering he's been playing quidditch since he was 11, so he's more than used to it.

Yet, he manages to stay fearless. He's not letting anything keep him off the field. If a bludger to the face can't scare him off, nothing will. Not the time his auntie Mel had hired a scary clown for his ninth birthday party. Not even the massive, hairy, and quite frankly disgusting giant tarantula he found in his room. Or the ghosts that were walking around the halls didn't affect him. This poor lad even managed to survive his second year. He's not a genius. He doesn't have “outstanding” on his work, and he's definitely not the wise, all-knowing person. But he knows that you don't have to be a bleeding genius or have all the answers to have courage. It came from within. A product of how he was raised.

He could still remember his uncle's words from when he was seven. He was scared of a simple, pathetic slide. Steven with reassuring smile and his calm, encouraging voice, “Come on, you can do it.”

“I- I don't wanna—” he'd said in a trembling tone. The thing was absolutely massive, at least to seven-year-old him.

“Hey, hey,” Steven ran a gentle hand through his nephew's messy locks of hair, “it's not scary, kid.”

It is to me. He felt pathetic. So scared to go down a slide that other little kids his age could easily whiz down.

Steven sighed, and his big hand rubbed the nape of Ethan's neck. “I'll go first. Watch me go, okay?” Young Ethan watched with wide, doubtful eyes as his uncle walked up to the slide. He didn't trust any of this. But the older man landed on his bottom with a laugh, turning and waving at him. “See? Not so bad, hm?”

It was a simple childhood memory, but it coaxed Ethan into overcoming his fears. He remembered how he eventually relented. He'd sat himself at the top of the ladder, knees quivering, and heart fluttering erratically within his chest. But his uncle was there.

“Come on, little one. I'll be waiting at the bottom.” And then he'd pushed off. And sure, he'd gotten the worst burn on his knees and his palms, but Ethan was laughing. Steven had been right. It was fun. It hadn't taken more than a few tries before the boy was gleefully sliding down the slide again and again.

From then on, he'd stopped hesitating when his friends goaded him to take risks. He stopped second guessing himself. He stopped hesitating when faced with something that could potentially harm him. Right then, Ethan became fearless.
