I never planned Clair's stats out, at the time i had no idea there there were sports or that the stats were important, so I just gave different stats numbers

not if they're bad stats LMAO but its good for character development and then you can add five mroe stat points upon graduation

Yeah but in certain cases (unless you want to go OOC with your character, or change your entire character's personality and background/history) it wouldn't work. Like with Kim. He's afraid of heights and will never get over them because that's just part of who he is. As a result of this, he can never be a broom racer or a quidditch player. The only option for him is dueling. Or nothing. As a result of this, if I happened to choose really bad stats in the beginning since I didn't know anything at the time, I'd be stuck with them.

And even though those stats might be incredibly useful in broom racing or quidditch but suck with dueling, Kim would never be a broom racer or quidditch player, unless I rewrote his personality and history into making him not afraid of heights. But if that was the case, why not just reroll an entirely different character and try to get into a different House too?

Note: I am not saying I picked the worst stats for dueling, I am just saying in case someone new did something similar and messed up.

As for me, I didn't pick really bad stats, I just wish I'd picked some different ones haha xD
