If you have a vintage stock in your area that you live, they usually fixed scratched disks for free or for super cheap. (every time we’ve gone they’ve done it for free.)

I've never heard of a place like that, but I'll look into it
The biggest problem is a bunch of the cases shattered so I don't actually have somewhere to put the discs.

(It believe it might just be an America only company) What we usually do is set the disks somewhere safe with the shiny end up. You can stack them together and they should be okay.
