Once because my word count was off ... twice ... from the same moderation. I have no idea how, since I check my word count every time.

The second time was because I failed to but "night" as a tag, and I described my character as having tripped from dancing in the hallway, and I didn't include some details from a pinned post.

yup. Oh, I also was told that I posted in their daily potion topic more than once in 24 hours (despite it being different days).
