Yes. But, you singularly will still need to write the 400 words

For the Errand, Gifts of Kindness in Enchanted Ramadan, I was wondering if it's mandatory to send three gifts, one to an elf, one to a friend, and one to a staff, or can you choose who to send the gifts to an elf or a friend or a staff??

From what I understood, you can send up to three gifts (one to staff, elf and friend) but to claim a reward of 5 sickles and 1 housepoint, it is enough to only send one. The rewards stack, so if three gifts are send, the user earns 15 sickles and 3 housepoints.

You don't have to do all 3 if you don't want to. However the reward depends on the amount of the gifts completed.
