A request has been made to change Vivenne to Beauxbatons. An admin will handle it as soon as possible.
FAQ — Questions
Technically Peeves is a canon character and we do not allow the mentions of canon characters in RP's. The staff cannot reasonably manage every player potentially mentioning any or all existence of canon characters. Even though the Ghosts and Peeves still exist within Hogwarts, they are not to be godmodded. Our NPC rules are linked here for you.Ophelia Vanderbilt wrote: 26 Mar 2026, 16:29 Am I allowed to mention Peeves in an RP? Not saying if something's being done by him(?), just that he might be present and making noises to scare us.
However, your character can (within reasonable limits) vaguely state he is probably somewhere within the castle causing mayhem. Though what it is that he is doing specifically, to whom, and for whatever reason, you cannot say.

How do you link a specific post in a thread? I see people doing that for their ency's but can't figure it out

FAQ — Questions
The most common reason a user disappears and their posts do not and they did not deactivate is because they were banned. There are rare exceptions to this, like a parent wanting us to deactivate (rather than delete) their minor child's account and us not wanting to publicly share the child's age range because there is a possibility they may return. Other reasons might exist, but they are so rare in my 20 years of management I have only had a handful of cases of the other reasons that can come to mind and they are often user safety-related.

To elaborate a bit – if you mouse over a post in the thread (say, the third post), you can right-click on where the thread's title shows up on that post. So, essentially what Julia said, but you would need to right-click to copy the link.Reed Smith wrote: 27 Mar 2026, 11:47 How do you link a specific post in a thread? Once you've copied the link, follow the instructions Cassie provided, and it should work.
