Biography:
Reducio
An only child of a single mother who runs a potion business using the abundant ingredients in the surrounding forest, pure-blood Aquilus grew up in a beautiful little cottage in the woods surrounded by flowers and watching the seasons changing, spending his time out in nature, learning about all the plants and animals there. He is pagan. He has two uncles on his mother's side who rarely visited as they live in Sweden but they care about Aquilus a lot. When he was eight, he accidentally grew mushrooms when he found a patch already there, so there were more. He is quiet and pretty shy, but passionate about things that are close to his heart. His dad left when he was young, and his mother never spoke about him, but Aquilus has a single faded photo in an old frame that is one of his list treasured possessions.
Aquilus is okay with not knowing about his dad. He never needed one, his mum was enough. He's very creative, and loves writing and playing music. He's not very good at drawing, though!
He might not talk much, but his mind is constantly analysing the situation at hand, planning his next move, and how to act. He gets anxious quite easily, and often freezes up under pressure. He's very loyal and will protect anyone who is his friend, especially if they give him food.

Disabilities: He was diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and OCD at age 9.

First Instance of Magic: He was playing, out in the woods when he was seven, and he found a patch of inky cap mushrooms. He sat down to take some pictures and carefully pick a few, when more mushrooms grew around, sprouting up.

Character Special Race/Talent: Metamorphmagus: Lycoris had always known he was different, though he didn’t always understand the full extent of it. His sharp wit, charm, and natural elegance set him apart in ways people could easily see, but there was something else—a rare magic that only a few in his family truly understood. On his mother’s side, the proud and artistic French pure-bloods, there was a remarkable figure who had shaped not only his lineage but his identity. His great-grandmother had been a Metamorphmagus, a witch with the extraordinary ability to change her appearance at will. The stories of her were legendary in his family. She was said to be not only beautiful but endlessly creative, using her gift as an art form. She would transform her hair to match the seasons, her eyes to reflect the hues of the sky, and even shift her features to embody characters from the stories she loved. To her, being a Metamorphmagus wasn’t just about utility or spectacle—it was about expression, about making the world more vibrant and alive. Lycoris grew up hearing these tales, enchanted by the idea of someone so magical and imaginative. What he never expected was to inherit that same gift. When his abilities began to manifest, it was both thrilling and daunting. At first, it was small changes—a flicker of color in his hair, a softening of his features, or a shift in the tone of his eyes. But as he practiced, his transformations became more diliberate, however, he wasn't able to be as intricate as his great-grandmother had, but that would come with practice. His mother, who had always encouraged creativity, was overjoyed. She would tell him that his great-grandmother would have been proud to see her gift passed down and that she would have loved to teach him. Lycoris took those words to heart, treating his abilities not just as a quirk of magic but as a part of his identity and heritage. As a child, Lycoris spent countless hours experimenting. He would mimic the characters in his favorite books, giving himself sharp features for a cunning villain or soft curls for a whimsical hero. He delighted in changing his hair to match the colors of sunsets or forests to make his cousins laugh during summers in France. For him, it wasn’t just about what he could do—it was about how it made him feel. Each transformation brought a sense of connection to the great-grandmother he had never met, whose stories he had grown up admiring. His abilities weren’t just a source of fun, though. They became a deeper part of who he was, reflecting the duality of his upbringing. From his father, he learned discipline and poise, shaping his transformations to fit his role as a pure-blood heir. From his mother, he gained a love of art and expression, using his gift to create beauty and bring stories to life. And even though his father implored he to use for and advantage, being a Metamorphmagus wasn’t just a skill or even a privilege for Lycoris—it was a legacy. It reminded him of his roots and the extraordinary people who came before him, driving him to carry their magic forward with pride.

Character Backround: Lycoris had been important from the moment he was born. As the only heir to his father, he was raised to fit the role perfectly. He grew up sharp, eloquent, and clever—everything an heir should be. His father taught him all about laws and etiquette, making sure he was prepared for the future. On the other hand, his mother, who came from a well-known French pure-blood family, added a creative and kind touch to his life. She taught him to dance, play music, draw, paint, and even do needlework. Lycoris had a happy childhood and loved spending summers in France with his cousins. He made some of his favorite memories there, like learning chess from his grandfather and baking with his grandmother. He loved the rolling hills, beaches, and lively towns of France, which always felt like a second home to him. And most of all, he loved reading his ancestors journals. In fact, out of all the privileges his parents gave him, Lycoris loved his books the most. He read anything he could get his hands on, even about muggle topics, which his father didn’t approve of. But Lycoris didn’t care—he was fascinated by muggle science, especially biology. It even inspired him to become a healer one day. Those books sparked his curiosity and gave him a love for learning that went far beyond what anyone expected of him.

First Instance of Magic: Lycoris had his first bought of magic at the age of three. He was in the living room at the family townhome with his family on Halloween when his mother tried to take away his favorite toy and he got so mad that the candles started to levitate throughout the room. His parents were so proud of him that they ended up buying him his first training broom.

- Your Metamorphmagus application is 497 words, it needs to be at least 500 words. Also, as he's growing up he would not be able to change multiple things about his appearance at a time. I was unsure if your descriptions of him changing appearance to entertain his cousins implied full appearance changes so I wanted to give you a heads up.
- Your background is 208 words, we need 220+ words!

Before Rye was sorted into Slytherin or came to Hogwarts she lived on a farm in the countryside of Dublin, Ireland. She had two brothers named Everest and Ezra who did not have magical abilities. Her mother, Melody Densmore, was a witch that Rye was never aware of while her father, Carter Densmore, was a muggle. While she lived on the farm she loved riding horses and had her own called Dreamer. However, they unfortunately had to sell him to help out with an economic issue that the family was experiencing. Rye first began to experience magical abilities when she went on her first family camping trip in the mountains when she was nine years old. It was a beautiful night and that moon was full and it was shining at its highest point. When Rye's family turned away Rye saw a flash of color coming out from behind the trees. Suddenly she saw a large gray creature stalking towards her, its eyes flashing in the moonlight. Yet how dangerous the wolf seemed it eventually curled up in Rye's lap not fearing Rye's father's attempts to scare it off. That's when Melody understood that Rye had magical capabilities.

Pre-Hogwarts Story:
Reducio
Vivien Hollow grew up in a magical household, though her upbringing was unique. Her father, Fin Hollow, is a pure-blood wizard, while her mother, Lidia Hollow, is a Muggle of Slavic heritage. This mix gave Vivien a rich background and the ability to speak two languages in addition to English. They lived in a cozy house in London near Grimmauld Place, concealed from Muggle eyes by enchantments. Because of their magical heritage, Vivien’s family strictly adhered to the statute of secrecy. Vivien was homeschooled by her parents. Vivien's favorite way to spend time with her father was for the two of them talk about magic. Mother took care about general studies like math, geography, languages. Vivien was curios child from the very first day as she was born. And that curiosity cherished her mother. Vivien was the one who insisted to study geography. She wanted to know about different countries as some of her relatives were living in Ukraine, part was from UK, and some was from Spain. Knowing that she's living in under differ rules than regular people she met on playgrounds or any other public spaces made her childhood a balancing act, especially since her best friend, Max, was a Muggle. They met when Vivien was 5, at a local park and bonded over shared interests, volleyball ( Vivien really like to play volleyball as her mom taught her ). Mother knew it was safe to walk with Vivien among Muggles as she knew that if she'll say something inappropriate her family could be in danger. She loved her family so she knew that a theme of magic is strictly forbidden outside the wizards community. Vivien could never invite Max to her home or reveal her world. Her parents insisted she maintain the secrecy, even as she struggled with the divide it created in their friendship. She often felt guilty for hiding such an important part of her identity from Max. Instead, she cherished their time together in the Muggle world, visiting libraries, exploring the city, and sharing stories.

Vivien's early years were filled with stories of magic shared by her grandfather, Henry Hollow, but practical magical training was never a priority in their household. Her father believed in letting her abilities develop naturally.

Her first big magical incident happened with her when she was 6. It was during an argument with a friend, neighbor pure blood boy with whom she was spending time as a child. He was her closest wizard friend by that time. His name was Nick he was a few months younger than Vivien what was shaming him time to time. Vivien din't care about his age as she loved to spent time with him. The only one problem which Nick has, is that he never knew when to stop. They were playing at his place one Sunday morning. They were chasing his cat Muriel, pretty old and lazy but very playful. They were running after him when Nick pushed Vivien aside to win. Vivien was light which made her fly to the side and hit her head on the edge of the table. It hurt but Vivienne was not the one to run crying to her mother. She got up went to Nick and asked "You pushed me! You could have won if you wanted to!" To which Nick said "Yeah, of course! You wanted to push me because you saw that I was going to win!" Vivienne was furious. She didn't think Nick would say that she can purposefully hurt him, she was red as a tomato of anger, her eyebrows were crossed, if anyone came into the room they would think she wanted to hit him. Suddenly, she glance at him and his glasses cracked without her touching them. They both were shocked. How could they crack by themself. They run to share it with their moms and Nick's mom exclaimed "Vivien, I'm so glad! That's was your first instance of magic! Don't worry about glasses I'll fix them." In the matter of second she took her wand and spell " Reparo!" Nick's glasses were fixed. He turned his head to Vivien and says "Don't worry, I'll catch up with you! I'm sure that my first magic will be soon!" They all laughed. Vivien even forget what made her crack his glasses as she was happy to understand that someday she will be able to use her magic same way as her father.

Personality:
Reducio
Vivien is a strong-willed and passionate individual who thrives on challenges. She has an unshakable bravery that makes her a natural Gryffindor, and she doesn’t shy away from standing up for what she believes is right. However, her determination can sometimes border on stubbornness, and she struggles to accept defeat gracefully.

Her competitive streak is balanced by a loyal and enthusiastic nature. Vivien is the type of friend who would go to great lengths to support those she cares about.

Though she appears tough, Vivien has a playful and energetic side that comes out once she’s comfortable with people. Her natural curiosity and determination make her a fast learner who’s eager to grow in the magical world.

- Your character background is 117 words excluding your first instance of magic which isn't included in your total word count. We need 220+ words!
- Within your background, can you talk about how your family still followed the statute of secrecy with Vivien having a muggle best friend? He wouldn't be able to go to her house or anything since they occupy the wizard world.
- While Vivien might have more than one instance of magic, they wouldn't become more frequent as she got closer to 11 years old. They are still relatively rare over the course of childhood.
STATUS: Pending, Zach Zaphiere, 4 February
Reason for Pending:
1. First Instance of Magic (FIoM) should be one big experience of your character doing magic accidentally. You stated two FIoM, please choose one:
  • If you choose the one when your character accidentally broke her wizard friend's eyeglasses, please tell us why she became mad at him. Personally, I would suggest you to use this as FIoM as it is more in line with the lore of wizarding world.
  • If you choose the one in the public library, let's go back to the statute of secrecy note. Where is this public library located? Is it in the Muggle World or in the Wizarding World? It would be unlikely for the wizards to visit Muggle Public Library since they have their own library in the Wizarding World.

Maya was born as a half-blood with a wizard father who was a Ravenclaw like her but he was married to a woman who wasn't a witch. She also has an older witch sister who already graduated as a Hufflepuff and they used to get along pretty well. They talked to each other about everything and were understanding towards each other. Her relationship with her mom was good too and her dad was decent because he was busy with work at the ministry of magic so they didnt spend so much one on one time together but their most interesting conversations was about the magical world.

Maya's environment was like a mix between magical world and muggle world. At times her dad and sister would introduce her to magical world concepts like spells, potions, books and magical sports like quidditch which all would make Maya look forwards to with awe, curiousity and impatience for when she'd turn 11. Other times, often with her mom, they would live their boring muggle world lives.

As a child, Maya had a small friend group in her public school and a few from outside of it but always felt so different from them because of her interests and personality so she was more shy and introverted. Her home life was pretty decent even though her parents had arguments sometimes but she spent most days at her room doing her own stuff like drawing, reading, gaming, watching stuff or her favorite, learning about the magical word as much as she can. She was happy to be alone but liked to hang out at times as well.

Growing up with time, Maya still has a curious, creative and a daydreamer's mind, so much that she can struggle to hold her attention straight on something for too long. She can get easily bored. She also likes to write random stuff like stories and poems to get her creative juices flowing. She is kinda eccentric, a generally fast learner as long as she's interested, and friendly.

First Instance of Magic:
Reducio
Maya was not a girl who generally had issues with her anger but one day, days before her 10th birthday, she was hanging out with her friends and they were playing a game that involved a ball. As they were playing, it was her turn to play her part. But one of her friends back in the day said that they shouldn't let her play because she was not good enough and was clumsy. Hearing that words made Maya feel upset and angry but she didn't really show it outside, so she just said she'll try her best and that she wants to play too. The girl who dismissed her rolled her eyes but said ok. Sadly, Maya couldn't play so good and that ended up making others laugh and that girl to say "i told you so" Which made Maya feel much more angry that she couldn't help himself but shouted at her to shut up, which unexpectedly made the ball in the game to suddenly jump and hit the other girl in the face.

Character Special Race: Metamorphmagus
Iris(if name change is possible) never knew her mother. However, her mother, and her mother before her, and then her father, and then from that point practically the same pattern for the next three hundred years, were all Metamorphmagus. No one knows if the Gender Patern or the Magic Patern, but one thing is clear: this gift of transformation has consistently appeared on her mother’s side of the family. Now, Iris has never typically used this ability, at least consciously. But, sometimes, she'll notice her fingers will be a little longer. After meeting new people, she'll go into the restroom and look into the mirror, and her face, hair, or even her height will be the same as that person. It's only ever for a second, and the moment she notices that it looks like them, it'll be gone. Sometimes, when she thinks of her mother, her hair gets ever so slightly darker, and when she thinks of her father, it's as if her hair begins to shimmer as a rainbow.
Sometimes, when her father tells her about how her mother looked, she’ll imagine her in her head, and then when she goes look in the mirror, she looks like how she might. White hair like herself, blue eyes that were a striking contrast to her red, and tan skin, nothing like her own. She wonders if this is how she would have looked, had it not been for the albinism.
Her favorite little shifts tend to be hair. She doesn't typically enjoy pranks or intentionally messing with people who don't deserve it, but sometimes, she enjoys it when her hair grows to random lengths periodically, and then it reverts back to its normal length. Its especially hilarious when its three feet longer than normal for one person, and then they go to get someone else, and it just reverts back to normal. Although, this certainly isn't the most easing ability, seeing as her face tends to change every time they personally meet a new person, she's unsure if one day her face just... won't change back, and she'll fully turn into someone else. It especially makes her panic whenever someone decides to mess with her by calling her the wrong name. She always rushes to either a mirror or her phone camera, whichever is closer, to make sure she looks like herself.
Sometimes, she wonders if what she believes to be her normal self, is even what she actually looks like. What if her body just constantly changes back to what she THINKS is herself, but truely is either completely taken from someone else, or a mixture of everyone she’s ever seen. What if, one day when she was trying to return to her normal self, she accidentally fixed her eyes as one of her siblings, or she dide the wrong colored mouth. This fear she has is the reason she has millions of photos, and why so many of them are selfies of her. Yes, she wants to capture the moment, but she also wants to make sure that this IS her.
Character Special Talent: Fearless

Character Backstory:
Iris never knew her mother. She had been left on her father's door, wrapped in a baby blanket that had her name, Iris sewn into it, and a small note taken into it. Her father was a wealthy businessman who took her in, in a heartbeat, even before reading the note, he knew Iris was meant to be with him(he'd tell her, years into the future). And so, she was raised not knowing what starving meant, she's got everything she'd ever want. Afterschool practices, fancy foods, vacations to visit her brother in America; she'd have it even before she asked for it(which she rarely did). She was so grateful for it, for her father's acceptance, even though she had pale skin, white hair, and red eyes. And she was so, so thankful for his love. For the overwhelming, constant love that he gave her every waking moment of her life. As she grew, she wished to thank her father for being the best she could be, at anything her father allowed her to try. At school, she studied so she was the girl on top, but even then she didn't let herself be lonely. She had so many friends, thanks to participating in every sport she could.
But even so, she never quite knew who she was under all of it. Despite all of the opportunities given to her, she never truly found anything she could call her own. With every little change her body did, she tried to see if it fit her better because sometimes, it seemed her life didn't fit her at all. Despite all the love it exerted, everything she had seemed to be her father's.
That was why when she found out about the Magic World, she asked that during the school year, she be on her own. Of course she still loved her father and siblings, she would still owl and text them every week. But she wanted to know what it was to be her.
Whatever that may be.

First Instance of Magic:
Iris hadn't known about magic. She never had the pleasure of meeting her Pureblooded mother, who would have taught her about it. So instead, she learned about it on her own... by accidently blowing up the nearby river, causing it to splatter everywhere. She doesn't really know how it happened, she barely remembers meditating at the river, taking a break from practice. It was her favorite place, which you could tell by the Hydrangea which were planted there by either her father or someone he paid. It wasn't even actually meditating, she just wanted to sit alone, where she wouldn't be bothered. And so she did, she sat, taking in the warm summer breeze, feeling the rough rocks under her, and listening to the water rushing right beside her. She wasn't thinking about anything in particular, at least, until she started thinking about her mother.
She didn't really care about the woman, and surely, neither did she. But every once in a while, she wonders what she was like. Was she albino, like Cassidy? Was she athelitic or smart. Was she both.
She sighed, and opened her eyes, and saw the river in front of her bubble. She took a closer look and well... next thing she knew, she was drenched.... She only told anyone who asked that she fell, which no one quite believed.
(This was written before deciding to be a Metamorphmagus, if it needs changed now, please tell me)

He had a lot of friends and he liked going to school. He likes learning and of course, playing. He played a lot with his friends after school. He liked London because it had a lot of things to do and go. But Jun slowly got bored with his life. He wanted something more exciting. Like a whole new world. He kept thinking about it but it didn't happen of course. So he kept going to school and living in his world. He liked to daydream and watch fantasy movies. River was the surprise seventh child of the Murdstone family. A long running pureblood lineage, his closest sibling had graduated from Hogwarts only months before his arrival. While he was somewhat of a shock to a family who had been expecting an empty nest, he was no less loved nor wanted than any of his siblings. Being the youngest child of all adult siblings he was a little spoiled with affection and gifts for the first two years of his life.

The year that River turned three marked a time of absolute change for the family. That was the year that his eldest sister was hexed in a particularly nasty encounter whilst working as an Auror. At first it was thought that with a little time and care she would recover. The re-introduction of a sibling back into the house had not gone smoothly. River had been used to being in his eyes ‘an only child’. Siblings were people who visited with gifts and playtime adventures. A hexed sibling however, drew his mother’s attention away and made him feel excluded and abandoned. Such harsh feelings culminated one day in an almost devastating tantrum from the then toddler.

River had been in the kitchen with his mother, attempting to garner her attention, and not understanding that mixing magical remedies required all of her attention, had a meltdown. The pure emotional force of his frustrations culminated in the fireplace roaring an inferno of flame up the chimney and sent knifes, pans, plates and silverware zooming about the room in a frightening display of accidental magic.

After this incident, it was decided that it would benefit everyone if River was sent to stay with his Great Aunt Agnes while the sister was cared for by Mother. The elderly witch had no qualms in taking the toddler, and so it was that River was sent to stay Mistwood Farm with his Great Aunt for a two week stay.

No matter how one plans, life is always unpredictable and often messy. At least in the eyes of the Murdstone family. Those two short weeks turned to a month, then to another month and before anyone saw it happening, a year followed by another year. Great Aunt Agnes, despite her many decades, had found a sense of peace and enjoyment in the process of sloughing off spinster life and donning a mother’s apron. She found it re-invigorating to be needed by someone on a true reliance level. She seemed to drop decades of age from her face as she engaged with her new charge and a bond between the two blossomed as joyfully as a garden in spring.

River, for his part, never felt any abandonment, nor did he feel punished for his tantrum. Great Aunt Agnes was wonderful and her house was an adventure. His parents often visited, sent owls with letters and gifts and took him out on adventurous trips to interesting places such as the zoo. As time marched forward their visits became less frequent but River was also growing and becoming more involved with his own interests and responsibilities, leaving him no time to dwell on could or should be notions. His Great Aunt taught him emotional control. Her strict, but loving ways, nurtured a stoic self reliance in her young charge that curtailed further fits of emotion.

When he turned five, his Aunt proposed sending him to the small local school near to her cottage. While a muggle school the family had never held any prejudices against those without magic, indeed most members were involved in protecting those without magic from those with. In order to enroll the boy it was necessary for Agnes to adopt River and give him a ‘muggle identity’ much like her own local persona. This meant changing his family name to his Aunt’s chosen muggle name of Walker. Aunt Agnes had, for years, lived in a small village, surrounded by those without magic and had many years before, chosen a muggle surname to better assimilate. She had always likened it to the changes foreigners had made to their names in order to make their life easier in their new country.

River loved many aspects of school. Reading, writing, mathematics, sciences, all of these things he enjoyed. Only one aspect of his time in a muggle school did River not like and that was hiding the truth about his Aunt. It was difficult to keep such a giant secret from his friends. His Aunt grew fantastical plants and nurtured creatures that muggles thought imaginary on her little farm. Fortunately those very few times he had let anything slip it had been when he was still very young and all had been chalked up to imagination and childish play.

During the day he would go to school and of an afternoon he would return home to the chores of his Aunt’s small farm. Agnes provided potioneers and wand maker’s a like with magical ingredients and byproducts of her menagerie. She also used herbal knowledge for those in the village who sought her out. Some calling her the white witch of Mistwood never knowing how close to the truth they were. It was for those muggles, a fairy tale, a little romanticism and no more.

Every year the farm grew a little as Agnes purchased adjoining farmland and set much of it to the regrowth of forest or lake expansion where her creatures would feel more at home and hiding her tilled land with a natural barrier. Along with her farming, Agnes ran a farm stay on her grounds in a pretty little cottage that stood well away from her own. The cottage not only explained her income to the locals but also justified the way she managed to purchase more land.

The year he received his acceptance letter to Hogwarts, was the first that his Aunt’s friend chose not to rent the small cottage. The family had been visiting the farm for decades. A friendship between Agnes and a great grandmother had begun the traditional vacation at Agnes’ farm-stay. This meant that it was the first year since turning eight, that he would not spend the summer months with their daughter, his best and only true friend.

First Instance of Magic: River had been in the kitchen with his mother, attempting to garner her attention, and not understanding that mixing magical remedies required all of her attention, had a meltdown. The pure emotional force of his frustrations culminated in the fireplace roaring an inferno of flame up the chimney and sent knifes, pans, plates and silverware zooming about the room in a frightening display of accidental magic.

Reason for Pending:
For the backstory, why did Agnes feel that River should be schooled in muggle school? Why did Agnes choose to live in the muggle neighbourhood in the first place?

Please take note that there is an International Statute of Secrecy that the wizards must keep to make sure that there is no muggle that would discover their existence. The risk of a rule break is big, no matter what the reason is. We will give you a chance to rethink by answering the questions here. If you still want to keep it, please provide us stronger reason and how Agnes kept the Statute of Secrecy, especially with young River that has the possibility to be unstable and experiences accidental magic. Another thing that must also be considered, that magic and electricity are colliding with each other which would make the life of a wizard hard in a muggle neighbourhood.

For your awareness, even though your character had contact with the muggle world, we would not allow you to apply for the Muggle Condition ability since the pre-requisite is being a muggle-born/half-blood.

Lex had been a rather special case as her family called it, being born in Japan and with autism. Lex has always made her way around it though. She eventually came to Mexico to the U.S. then to London, her mother having sadly died within, though she is well remembered and respected. She had moved whether being forced or just for a trip, not like she had a choice anyway, she was only two to three years old, not like they had any relatives in Japan or Mexico anyways. It was almost a hobby, honestly. I mean, her mother is from Japan and her father the U.S. Her mother had decided to go along to the U.S. by choice to see how it was after being in Japan for about twenty-four to twenty-five years. Basically, as a full story. Lex is what you'd consider what she had made as her own word, a trifuse, having made it to describe her, as for she is considered a Japanese-American-Mexican, this being because her witch mother is Mexican-Japanese and her muggle father is American, despite how weird it sounds. She had grown up with her autism and her twin brother, Mitsuya, or with his English name, Michael. Lex's Japanese name is Ayuka, their surname being Nishimura, which believe me had gotten associated with Enhypen's Ni-ki more times than they could count. She and her twin are practically the same people despite the gender differences and that. They ignored the comments of the surname, despite how fun it would be to live life like that around kids, and went on with their lives. A lot of events had happened, like a good amount of more siblings and their mother dying, but it was a good time with each other. During these years, Lex had her crushes, though had the best time with Yeseong Lee, as they met in regular school before Hogwarts, regularly talking to each other as well as with his sister. They still talk and actually are dating(as other people say) at the moment in the wizarding world, being called a pretty cute couple.

Lex was one day just bored and rather annoyed sitting in her room, staring at things before all of a sudden seeing their bookshelf fly into the air, obviously before coming to Hogwarts, meaning she was 11, the event happening during their small trip to visit half-family in London, England.

Appearance:

4'8, brown hair, blueish-grey eyes, wolf-cutted, scene-style clothing, glasses, double-chin, pan and non-binary. She is a kind, caring, and helpful one, yet rather smart and ambitious as well as creative and daring at moments, which is why some siblings at Hogwarts in the past if not incoming question what house she would be in. One of her siblings being her twin brother with the name of Nishimura Mitsuya(Japanese) or Michael Kervick. Her Japanese name, as now thinking it deserved to be mentioned for her being American from her father as well as Mexican-Japanese from her mother, is Nishimura Ayuka, or as put in America and other countries, Ayuka Nishimura.

Character Backstory: Located near the small village of Beddgelert, Wales, sits a Victorian mansion with gothic accents; there resides the immensely wealthy pureblood family, the Bakirs, who have lived in their beloved home for generations now. While the Bakirs are generally kind to the villagers living near, they are an extremely secretive family. Naturally, this would spark many... speculations about the strange family in the faraway manor:

"I've heard they're secretly vampires."

"I've heard they preform a sacrificial ritual every full moon to maintain their youth."

"I've heard they run some sort of cult! I see people walking in and out of there all the time!"

And while the Bakir family do have a penchant for the dark and macabre—underneath all that lies a zany but good-natured family.

Both of her parents are lovely folk, cherishing their children dearly. On November 12, 2012, Kareem and Amira Bakir would welcome their first daughter and second child to their growing family—Hana. Since that day, their family has done nothing but grow bigger; Hana now has four siblings: an older brother, two younger brothers, and a younger sister.

Before attending Hogwarts, Hana would spend her days running around her mansion, messing with her younger siblings or hanging out with her elder brother in their family's dungeon. For the most part, Hana was isolated from the rest of the world, not really caring to explore the world outside her little family bubble. Due to a majority of her socialization being from her family, the girl is extremely socially inept—having difficulty grasping societal rules and expectations.

The Bakir lineage holds a deep disdain for the high pureblood society they seem to have been thrusted into. As a form of protest to this high society, the family itself has become a subversion of the stereotypical "pureblood" family; rather than having a distaste for muggles, the family seems to have a distaste for other purebloods, and an extreme love for purebloods.

First Instance of Magic: Hana comes from a long line of Hogwarts's students, with the latest graduate of the family being her eldest brother. It was only a matter of time before Hana discovered her own magical ability and the Hogwarts letter to accompany it.

It was a week before her eleventh birthday. Her eldest brother had spent a majority of the day teasing her, prodding at her, and simply being annoying! While it was usually very easy for Hana to keep her composure, her brother had the uncanny ability to bring out the more "expressive" side to her. After enough teasing, she finally snapped, screaming at him to shut up and attempting to push him away. The cupboards around them began to rattle, various adornments on the walls soon following suit; before the pair knew it, everything had fallen to the floor, erupting in a disgusting cacophony of sound.

Tears welled up in Hana's eyes, overwhelmed by the sudden loud noises and movement; her elder brother immediately took her into his arms, muttering soft congratulations as he searched for their parents.
