My Dark Vanessa by Kate Elizabeth Russell.. it's a great book but occasionally hard to stomach. Definitely for more mature readers.

From non-fiction I'm also reading 50 Human Studies, in Utero, Conducted in Modern China, Indicate Extreme Risk for Prenatal Ultrasound: A New Bibliography by Jim West. Its implications are frightening but I would recommend it for anyone planning to have children.
