Do you have to finish all of your homework to move to the next year?
Nope! You can complete your homework on your own time. However, you cannot claim the spells from those classes until the homework is completed. You also can't receive house points for completing classes below your current year.

Because it is a group, so unless made unsearchable (which I could do but never bothered), bots would be assigned this group.
