Most of the time I use Grammarly but this time I didn't. I wrote the entire thing on my own and when I was done it got detected as 100% AI. But, it's okay, because after finally rewriting it a lot, I have a version that when I last checked was 0% AI.

That's weird. If it was your own words and you didn't put it through everything it shouldn't have been flagged
