Itbis used to determine whether or not your spell is a success.

I’m just going to end up saying what @Julia Evans has said here already. Sometime it helps to have a little backup.

For this thread, it is not a requirement to role for the spell effect. But if you like the random happenstance of it all, as Ms. Evans kindly put it, just either tag me in the post or you may owl me ahead of time if you prefer that.

I have a friend joining on here under the name Sughey Sedano. and sometimes she will use my computer to go on here. Is there someone I need to owl for we wouldn't be accused of multi accounting?

I've shared this with the validations team so we're aware of it, I'd also recommend you let your friend know to add a small note to their account that they're a different person to you.

In duelling, is the wisdom wroll the only thing used to determine success? If not, what are the others and how do they work?

It starts off with the wisdom roll to see if the spell works, then there is an accuracy roll to see if it would hit, and an evasion roll for the target, to see if they can dodge it. If accuracy is higher than evasion, it hits, if evasion is higher, then it misses.
Then, there is a roll to see the effects of the spell, but it differs for each one.

What exactly are the rolls? Wisdom roll is d20 + WIS, but what are the rest?

Again, it’s d20 add the stat. For the duration rolls, it’s usually d3. I hope this is correct!
