OOC Gameroom does not count towards your posts, House Gamerooms I believe do. Psychopomp I only see existing in fanfictions rather than actually existing in Wizarding World Lore. Now, I have never even heard of a Psychopomp so I looked it up. Psychopomps are the 'guide of souls', and are creatures, spirits, animals, angels or even deities. Their job is to escort people from Earth to the Afterlife.
Just by how this sounds, that is not going to be a playable race anytime soon. We don't even have maledictus here, which is a canon thing. When it comes to races, it is just going to be whatever is logically playable and is reasonably feasible when it comes to playing a character in the harry potter universe. We don't play gods or demigods, this isn't percy jackson. We use races that come from the lore jk rowling came up with. Now. It sounds cool and all, but I don't think this will ever be added. If we decided to change up how we have done races, then maybe it will be added, but I don't think it will be added.
To shorten because I think it's confusing..
-> Suggest new races in Forum Suggestions
-> No guarantee it will be added
-> It has to exist in book or movie canon as an actual being or race like werewolf, metamorphmagus, human, goblin, etc. (I'd love to see full and not necessarily half races one day though, but I fear this might not happen, no matter how much I want to be a full goblin or a full giant walking around Hogwarts.)
-> Staff has to write the race lore and come up with racial abilities for them at year 1, 3, 5 and 7. Even if it were to happen, it would not be as fast as being added upon a yes, as it would take more work to make it systematically possible.
-> Sports Captains have to make the races work out in the Sport Systems and modules. This is a tedious process and requires a bit of testing (imo) and modifications over months.

I have been so active on OOC gamerooms, It is where I have been more active on.
But I have been around other posts too and made my own RP. but now I haven't been here too long either to get myself around yet, so I can't say for sure. as many others has.
So take everything I say with a pinch of salt. Because it is what I belived it was with what they ment with gamerooms, that it was at the OOC Gamerooms
