I'm still looking to the answer for this question, thank youEdith Walkers wrote: 14 Jan 2026, 19:26I have trouble keeping track of all my owls, since I have 21 page of them. I only found out about the 'folders' thing recently, is there any way I can clear all my current owls simultaniously so I can't have to mark and delete each page seperately?
Thank you in advance,
~Edith
FAQ — Questions
If you go into the setting section of your owls, there should be a Filter Rules section. You can filter this as you please, but your best bet would probably just be to say "if Message Status is answered delete message" (or place them into a specific folder). Or something along those lines. Let me know if that makes sense.Edith Walkers wrote: 15 Jan 2026, 17:02I'm still looking to the answer for this question, thank youEdith Walkers wrote: 14 Jan 2026, 19:26I have trouble keeping track of all my owls, since I have 21 page of them. Edit: Actually scratch that, I believe that is only for incoming messages. Your best bet may just be to manually select the letter you wish to delete.

FAQ — Questions
How do you include transparent banners (both making and uploading them)?
It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be!
FAQ — Questions
Ensure that the background is removed when you upload it to an image hosting platform. I use remove.bg to remove the background. Alternatively, if you're making it in a platform like- let's say Pixlr, which I use sometimes, the backgrounds are already transparent, all you need to do is make the banner then save it and upload to an image hosting site and upload to the site.Amelia Lerelle wrote: 15 Jan 2026, 20:58How do you include transparent banners (both making and uploading them)?

Furthermore, on canva, if you have canva pro you can also automatically remove the bg. Otherwise, that isn't possible, and you'd need to use a background removing site such as pixelcut.ai or cutout.pro, for example. Alternatively, you can do as Clark stated and use Pixlr on which the background is already automatically transparent.
Once you've made the banner and it has no background, you'd need to upload the banner image to an image hosting site such as img.bb or imgchest.com/upload and then copy the image code over to the site (and removing anything that may entail a link, aka anything with the [url=xxx] tag), and done!
I hope this makes sense! (Clark was correct as well, I'm just hoping to elaborate a little!)

Just adding to this: On canva you can use the eraser to manually get rid of the background, works really well with simple images, a bit harder for complex images, I normal change the eraser size.Amelia Lerelle wrote: 15 Jan 2026, 20:58How do you include transparent banners (both making and uploading them)?

Hello! I just have a small question, I heard about the graduation process but I'm still not really sure about how it works? Do I have to do something specific to graduate into the second year or maybe I just haven't been on the site for long enough? Even though I've been on this site since October of last year, I actually would like for Azrael to go into his second year, but I'm not sure about what to do exactly?
