inpc's can have pets at their home or hometown but they can't take it to their school, hogwarts, or the camp but they can still have them I guess

About the iNPC stuffff--- I need to write up a third ability for Edward, something quid related, as he already has Keepers Catch and Broken Broomshaft. I also need to determine where to put five more stat points.
And as for Edward and Noah in the ball, lemme write up something real fast for them
TnT Sienna, how do you know about that? Also, it doesn't have stats and doesn't attack (do damage) unless you have that creature ability thign
