It does not mention sexual assault however the character does kill herself at the end. Additionally there are somewhat, you could say, graphic depictions of various deaths. It’s a crime fiction type short story. Is that alright or no?

Graphic depictions would go beyond PG-13. Are you planning to go into the detail on the killing herself or is it vague mention? As Lear has stated, you can vague mention death, but going into details or adding more graphics would break the rating of PG-13

There’s not much detail but there is like what she uses, where she uses it but it only mentions quick movements, a stab with a dagger, and then it moves away from her and to their surroundings, would it be easier if I owled someone/showed them the scenes where someone dies and go based on that???

This would be seen as beyond the site's PG-13 rating. Please refrain from stating anything more than a vague mention and even this should be in a revelio with a trigger warning at the top of the post. Simply said, keeping it vague is okay, as long as you don't elaborate further on how it happened, and other details that provide a more graphic visual. As Lear and Linda both said, death can be mentioned but not graphically elaborated on, especially when concerning certain topics. Suicide is one of these. My owls are open if you'd like further clarification and/or would like to discuss this further!

They may have physical keys for children or underage wizards who are not allowed to use magic. Though of age magical members of society would likely just use an unlocking charm and Anti-Intruder Charms. Some home may have specialized wards placed on them as well.

Some might! I suspect Muggleborns might be used to physical keys and continue to use them. Some might use fancy looking old style keys and locks.

Most, I think, would either use a locking charm or else have a charmed door that would, for example, allow little kids and cats to get in the house without a key, but would keep strangers from getting in.

Not anymore no, you can do homework for previous years to get the spell for free (you won't get housepoints for the hw though), or you can buy them on the 5th floor!
