FAQ — Questions
Hi I'm thinking about making an iNPC who goes to Ilvernmorny and I'm wondering how a muggle born witch would be accepted into the school
FAQ — Questions
iNPC schools accept students of every blood status: muggleborn, pureblood, half-blood and wizardborn. The only difference would be that, similar to the Hogwarts, for muggleborn students there will be professor coming to explain about school and wizarding world. If you have any other questions, you can owl meGlen Boren wrote: 2 Nov 2025, 04:19 Hi I'm thinking about making an iNPC who goes to Ilvernmorny and I'm wondering how a muggle born witch would be accepted into the school

FAQ — Questions
Hello! Idk if this is the right place to ask this but idk where else to ask, I just submitted my first homework and it included roleplaying- and I was wondering if my work can be confused for ai? I fell down a rabbit hole and was told that using "big words" or "elaborate phrasing" often gets confused for AI, and I used a lot of it in an effort to make my homework neat, so idk if it could be confused for AI? I have a really hard time writing things that have emotion in them, and they often end up sounding like horrible scripts of a fantasy movie lol- I did my best on each roleplay and so I don't want it to get confused for AI, especially since I really enjoy the site- so, can someone tell me if it's possible? And if so, is there anything I can do in case it does get confused for AI?

You’re posting in the right place! My tip is to use an AI checker before submitting homework. That can help you make sure your work isn’t flagged for AI, so you don’t receive a “T” on an assignment if it does end up flagged for AI. Hope this helps!Azrael Holloway wrote: 7 Nov 2025, 23:11 Hello! FAQ — Questions
When we grade submitted homework, we run it through our AI detection tool, Copyleaks. It is a community standard that all work is the author’s original effort (both in HW and in standard roleplay). Albeit rare, AI detectors can produce a false positive, but this accounts for less than 2% of cases. False positives usually occur when grammar-checking tools that utilize generative AI are used. My advice is to not overuse tools (such as Quillbot or Grammarly) and keep a rough draft or notes in the circumstances you need to prove authenticity.Azrael Holloway wrote: 7 Nov 2025, 23:11 Hello! FAQ — Questions
Now I'm kind of worried, I've been using grammarly a lot because English isn't my first language and I often forget how to write things- if I have a draft (I made one because I was unsure of what to do) and my work gets flagged falsely as AI, what do I do?

Don’t worry! What I would do is slightly edit it to make it not flagged, but if you ever need help with something, feel free to owl me! FAQ — Questions
If English is not your first language, translators are okay if utilized transparently. I’d recommend adding a note at the bottom of your post or homework so staff are aware of the potential AI flags via the translation tool.Azrael Holloway wrote: 7 Nov 2025, 23:33 Now I'm kind of worried, I've been using grammarly a lot because English isn't my first language and I often forget how to write things- if I have a draft (I made one because I was unsure of what to do) and my work gets flagged falsely as AI, what do I do?
As I previously stated, I would also include a rough draft in your post/homework (inside a reducio) if you rely heavily on translators or grammar tools to protect you against false accusations.
