I will be. I mean, it was really scary not being able to breathe for 30 seconds. I googled what exactly happens when you get the wind knocked out of you, and apparently your diaphragm spasms and therefore your lungs can't expand properly. It was horrifying. Never wanna do that again.

Yes that’s relatable. I was kicked in the stomach probably 5-6 years ago and flew across the ring; I couldn’t breath. I was sparring a teen girl and apparently she didn’t realize how hard she was kicking.
