how was everyone's weekend? I got doc martens on Saturday (EEE) and went to a carnival yesterday (even though I got sick on the second ride my friends are monsters when it comes to those spinning tea cup rides )

My weekend went decently well. I went to my brothers baseball games both days, and though they didn’t win a single game they learned a lot and it was fun to watch. And al of the families of his teammates are super nice so it’s nice to get a chance to talk with them. I had a wonderful Sunday. After several months of restriction and could only watch online Mass, our family finally had a chance to attend the offline one. In the afternoon we enjoyed watching sport events (with good results, too!) on TV, and in the evening I binge-watched my fave show.
Such a lovely start for my week-long break.

It went well! I had probably 9 hours total of sitting and watching my brother play baseball, but him and his team are so cute and adorable. It is quite fun to watch I say cute and adorable - they are 11/12 and are literally 1/2 the size of anyone they play, all of which are the same age. They are all skinny beanpoles and there is only one taller kid… it’s really fun to watch
