I have a suggestion for the Binding Mark ability.
While I do understand that NPCs can't currently have this ability due to the possibility of people using it essentially as a second ability for their PC, I thought of two ways this problem could be solved:

1) iNPCs can take this ability but can only give the mark to other iNPCs
2) iNPCs can take this ability but cannot give the mark to your PC

There could be problems with these that I can't see, but I hope you consider them Thank you!

There was a staff vote held on this matter with multiple options avilable, among them ones similar to what you mention. In the end, the decision that npcs can't have the ability at all was the one that got the majority of the votes.

Hey i think it would be a cool idea if there could be names added for unnamed quidditch teams? Jokia has Jamaican roots, and it feels wrong for her to address her favorite team as 'the jamaican quidditch team'

The national teams of countries usually follow the same naming conventions. "X National Quidditch team." In this case, the Jamaican National Quidditch team may be what you're looking for.

If you're asking for names of smaller Quidditch teams that may be based in Jamaica, there is no lore - canon or on our site - on if smaller teams exist in Jamaica, let alone their names.

I was thinking if we could have exams like OWLs and NEWTs. It is a great experience taking these magical tests!

If I'm thinking correctly and the others can correct me if I'm wrong- but it's a system not yet developed.

there is an o.w.l level on homeworks for fifth years, but not published on all subjects.

We have an intended system, it has not been released yet because we are trying to not pressure the professors to get them out when there are a lot of other things on their plate also. OWLS will be important for the adult system.
