Aside from the technical problems - we waited years for new pets, and when we got them the black cat broke the system - please also remember, that just because a beast is relatively harmless doesn't mean it's meant to be a pet. Moles are harmless, we still don't keep them as pets. Same for a list of other animals. They are wild animals, not domesticated ones. Imps, for exmaple, would make horrible pets and definitely not be allowed free riegn inside Hogwarts.

This one might be a little too much, but what if there was dark Lords on this site or one dark lord? Since we don't have a killing system yet, they could only be able to torture or hold people hostage. Would this be a good idea?

What would be the goal of that dark lord?
How would they gain a following?
How are they not in azkaban?
Why would they hold Hogwarts students hostage? What would they gain from that?

I'm not sure how they would gain followers, (maybe someone would want his power?) I'm also not sure I'd this is a good idea.

This sounds like what we had for SCAR/a main story thing- if we even did it, i think it might be mentioned in the DP. I remember there was a thing for Koldov students in Hogsmeade where there was an explosion that injured several Koldov students

Hogwarts.io plays in 2022, it is not that long since the last wizarding war so many adults would still remember those times and likely not follow some random murderous dark wizard who is grabbing for power. They had seen this kind of bad guy before.
Having an antagonist can be fun, but it needs to be thought through.
