Julia Ellenora Evans came into this world on the 6^th of November, 2013. Her parents, Eliana Evans (Miller) and Leon Evans, chose the name for it's sign of youth and joy. Originating from Latin, Julia is a name that suggests a vibrant and energetic spirit. She likely possess a natural charm and a zest for life, drawing people in with her youthful outlook and engaging personality. Nicknames for Julia are Lia (What she prefers) or Jules. Julia was born in London, the first grandchild in the family.

As a child, she lived in London. She was a curious, and happy child who loved to achieve, and could be very determined when wanted. She was quite outgoing, and friendly, full of wit and grace, and always quick to respond. About a year after Julia was born her cousin Emmeline Harris was born. Due to this, visits from and to the Harris family increased, and Julia started connecting with her extended family more, developing a deep connection.

As Julia turned 5, her mother, Eliana decided to start homeschooling her. Eliana, while maintaining an extensive knowledge of witchcraft and wizardry, she also had an equally impressive knowledge of basic things. She taught her daughter well and while there was no doubt Julia would excel in magical studies, while doing quite well in basic knowledge such as math, and english. Though she did learn about science, like most wizarding kids, her knowledge was slightly more limited due to the fact that magic bent quite a few laws of science.

2 years after Julia was born, her mother gave birth to her sibling, Orla, who joined Julia in the world on 11^th June, 2015. Like most sisters, they often fought, but also loved each other immensely. They loved to prank people, often working together on pranks rather than pranking one another, they also loved to play around with each other, resulting in the 2 sisters having very curious personalities. Barely a few weeks after her 11^th birthday, her second cousin, Evelyn, was born. Due to this, visits to and from her cousins family became slightly lesser as both families were busy growing 2 wonderful girls.

In 2024 Julia turned 11, a birthday of great celebration, as next year, in September 2025, Julia started going to Hogwarts! She couldn't wait for Emmeline to join her next year, and for Orla in 2027, but shortly after christmas, during the winter break, all hopes were shattered, as a family feud unfolded. For christmas that year, the Harris family had decided to come over, as to spend time with Julia since she was to come back for her winter holidays on the 23rd of december. They arrived on the night of the 22nd and Julia arrived the next day morning. All was going well until they found out their grandpa, Robert Miller, had been admitted into St. Mungo's over being diagnosed for Dragon pox. The next day morning, they rushed over to see him, but despite all their efforts, he could only live till 2 days after christmas. The days following the incident were subdued and gloomy. But the horror truly arose over inheritance. Her grandpa had left behind a lot, and specified things well in his will, but there were a few technicalities. It resulted in Emmeline's dad, Richard, and Julia's dad, Leon arguing. Because of this, Richard made the hasty decision of moving to the USA, and living in his father's ancestral home in Washington D.C. Emmeline's and Julia's hopes for Hogwarts were crushed as easily as paper, leaving Julia with no choice but to let Emmeline go and attend the American Wizarding school of Ilvermorny. She and her cousin protested against it, pleaded, and begged but their father's, but they wouldn't budge. Their egos won over them, costing him everyone price of happiness.

To this day, Julia doesn't who was right, neither who she supports in the fight. All she longs for is to have her family whole again. To have it peaceful and happy as it should be. Estoria and Eliana, being twins, couldn't be forced to close their contact. They still owl each other every now and then, sometimes allowing Julia and Emmeline to send owls to. But that didn't close the enormous hole in Julia that just kept getting bigger. At this point, making friends at Hogwarts and having some form of contact with Emmeline was her best hope.

I am born to Eliana Evans (Half-Blood) and Leon Evans (Pure-Blood). I have one sister, Orla, who is two years younger to me. I did not go to a muggle school, me and my sister were homeschooled by my mom, Eliana Evans. My dad used to work in the auror office in the Ministry of Magic, but he now works in the department of magical transport. My family have a long history of Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs (though mainly Ravenclaw). Me and my sister(like all siblings) do tend to argue, but we are fine otherwise. My family are half friends-half enemies (Frenemies) with the Grace family (Slytherins).
On the paternal side, I have zero cousins, or aunts and uncles and I have both my grandparents, Lyla Evans (Rivera) and Robert Evans. I also have both my grandparents on the maternal side, but My grandfather has been feeling a little ill lately. Usually my maternal and paternal family have great relations, but lately they have started having small arguments (Sometimes not very small ones). Me and Orla, my sister, get on great with Emmeline (Nicknamed Em) and Evelyn (Nicknamed Evvie). People close to me (Friends and family both) often call me Jules or Lia, because... (I don't know)

Reason for Reapplication: Backstory changes/rewrites (rewrote FIOM as well yet wasn’t sure if I needed to add this so it’ll be in one reducio on the bottom ). Not really any big changes, mostly just an rewrite and expanding more on the history of before Hogwarts for Brookline.

In the year of 2012, on the twelfth day of May, a small infant was delivered in the harsh world.

Amelia, or usually dubbed as Amy, the mother, held the newborn tight, as strange glances from the husband made the nurse flinch. The child was named Brookline by Amy, and the mater glanced over to the father. Clearly he was not going to participate in the naming of their tiny, new daughter. Amy snorted and thought of her eldest daughter, the five-year-old, Elizabeth (nicknamed Lizy), was not present at the new birth as she was currently staying at her paternal uncle’s with her cousins.

Perhaps this new baby would bring back her old husband. Amy didn’t know who this bloke was, who was currently swinging his wand around aimlessly, almost like a fidget toy, and in the body of the Hufflepuff, kind lad who she fell in love with. She was glad that she and her husband, Chase, were pure-bloods as if they went to Muggle hospitals, they would be getting odd looks left and right.

Years passed, and Amy watched her children grow up, her face shining in pride. Unfortunately, the matron noticed that Chase stayed the same, if not worst. She just hoped that she would be able to face it.

Brookline Isabella Quinn grew up on the tranquil side of Ferndale, Wales. Rolling hills, yellow fields, and a forest full of greenery and critters sat behind her purebred family’s mansion. The elegant house that sat next to Brookline’s home belonged to one of her best friends’ family.

Brookline lived wealthy, and a tutor stopped by everyday since she was around the ripe age of six to teach her and her siblings. The instructor’s lessons were tough yet were just what the future Ravenclaw needed as the girl was fairly intelligent and full of wit.

Besides being tutored, Brookline was immersed in dusty books since day one. She devoured them like they were the warm and doughy biscuits Winmy and her mother usually made. Eight times out of ten, close friends and siblings would have to drag the Welsh girl out of the sitting room or bedroom so Brookline could relish some sun.

Her family was huge, and every so often, her mother would become pregnant again, presenting Brookline with new siblings. Two years after the Welsh girl was born, the twins, Amelia and Maria, were born. At two years old, Brookline could not pronounce Amelia, and her sister, inevitably, became Minnie.

Then, at the age of seven, a infant brother came into her life in July 2019. After her mother and father came home with the baby, Lizy, Minnie, and Maria were all gushing over their new brother.

“His name is Chase. Chase Junior.” Amy supplied after Maria asked. “Your father named him.” The married Quinn gave a small smile to her fulsome children, as if she wasn’t quite happy with the naming of her first son.

Brookline wasn’t sure about a different gender for a sibling, and had stayed back, not wanting to associate with her elated siblings and mother.

“Finally, a son. God has graced me.”

Swiftly, Brookline turned around, and saw her father muttering. Ocean eyes wide, and lips in a outraged frown, she inched closer to her mother who was on the sofa in the sitting room. After a day or two, she forgave her dad and forgot about it, yet until later on, Brookline would not see how dangerous and insidious her father really was.

Just shy of a year before Brookline would start at Hogwarts, another baby brother, with the name of Cash, was brought into the world. October eight, 2022. The Welsh girl was amazed, while she loved all her siblings equally, Cash was a full-on decade younger than her. She had to be a awesome sister for the little boy, even if she wouldn’t be there for him much.

Late May 2023. Brookline was now eleven, and Lizy and her siblings were spending all the time they could with her before the Welsh girl would leave for Hogwarts. Like the week before, Brookline was outside in the hot, lush spring sun, with Marie, Minnie, and her best friends; Winifred Jameson, and Peter Smith, and Peter’s sister, Marietta.

They were playing a game of tag when, unexpectedly Peter’s father approached the foolish children’s game by the corn field. Mr. Smith had came by to fetch Peter, last week, too, Brookline thought, as she and her mates stopped chasing each other. Yet, he usually never fetched Peter, instead, they have dinner later. Brookline turned to face Peter, and his face fell. Winnie saw it too, her pale face now growing concerned. The disappointment resided in Marietta’s face, as well, and the young girl was confused - because Peter and Marietta were never disappointed to leave. They just announced their quick goodbyes and Marietta and Peter would race each other back to the house.

A quick, stern yet sad glance from Peter’s father caused Peter and Marietta to trek slowly to their loving dad’s side. Brookline was always envy of Peter and Winnie’s fathers, those dads would hang out with their children while Chase Quinn did not.

“We’re moving.”

Two words from Peter made the world tilt. Poor Brookline gazed on as Peter’s family’s Muggle vehicle drove past with all their belongings packed inside. Winnie wrapped her arms around her, yet she barely felt it. Now, Peter was going to be miles away from his best friends, and Brookline and Peter weren’t going to journey though Hogwarts together.

The summer crawled unusually slow, and Brookline could hardly wait for her own Hogwarts letter. Lizy and the family’s two house elfs, Winmy and Coobey, kept her entertained as she was anxious. She wasn’t sure if the letter would come, and Winmy assured her that the flying creature would come with the letter between it’s golden talons. And sure enough, she received the Hogwarts acceptance letter. If that wasn’t good enough, word by owl came to her that Peter would be attending Beauxbâtons. At least he would be able to be a wizard, and learn about the magic he had inherited.

August thirty-first, Brookline packed all her bags, and off she went to Hogwarts. She hugged her siblings and mother goodbye, and she was content, mostly.

Brookline is a very wealthy pure-blood, so everyday she would read books, or hang outside with her best friends (before Peter moved), Winnie, 12, stubborn pure blood who is a squib, and bi, and, Peter, a strong 11 year old, who is a half-blood and goes to another wizardry school ~Beauxbatons . Brookline's family is a semi-large family, her mother's name is Amy who likes to cook, read, being outisde,she also likes to write wizarly books, and newspapers; father is Chase who likes to drink and be lazy but he used to tutor back in the day, now he works as a wandmaker in Whales, ; her sisters, Maria and Minnie, both 9, [1-7-14], twins and both like seeing their mother do magic and Maria likes reading while Minnie likes fishing and breaking rules like Brookline; her 4 [7-25-19],year old brother named Chase Jr., who was named after Chase, and likes to study about magical creatures; a 16 [11-14-07], year old sister named Lizy who was expelled from Hogwarts at 12 because she loves to break rules; and also Brookline has a 1[10-8-22]year old brother named Cash who likes to fool around and play with his food. . The Quinns live in a large mansion in Wales. The Quinns' mansion has ten large bedrooms and two small ones for guests. A large kitchen can be found at the front of the mansion, two windows by the door with pink curtains bordering the two windows. In the kitchen, they had two house elfs the names of Winmy(female) and Coobey(male). Amy, Brookline's mother will help with the house else everynight with dinner as well. Dinner was a huge ordeal for the Quinns, when they share about their days and what they did, though they were purebloods they didn't do much during the day besides being tutored.

New: Her first instance of magic was noticed by the young Quinn daughter in 2016. Brookline could feel the remarkable magic rushing through her pure-bred veins.

She wasn’t sure if her mother had noticed the sheer act of disobedience, or the first act of magic, yet, the Welsh girl could hardly care less. She was more worried about getting in trouble.

One cool evening, Amy had used the afternoon to make delicious cookies. Winmy had aided her, and when the biscuits were cooling, Winmy had gone to the dining room to help her fellow house elf, Coobey, tidy up for supper.

Brookline noticed the sweet smell as Lizy was reading a foolish children’s book full of illustrations, in Welsh. She was bored to say the least, she never really like those kind of books because they didn’t have a “real” plot. She preferred her sister reading a real novel, instead of a child’s bedtime story. And, another reason she might add, she couldn’t really understand Lizy’s fast-paced Welsh, the future Ravenclaw perferring slow speech. Brookline shrugged when she couldn’t resist the mouth-watering smell. She knew what it was. Cookies!

Brookline announced to Lizy that she was going to take a trip to the restroom, and sauntered into the kitchen. Her mother was sitting at the kitchen table, working on one of her drafts, her head bent in concentration. The young girl turned to the penninsula, where the biscuit tray was sitting. As a four-year-old, Brookline hurried to her mother and set herself into Amy's lap.

“Can I have one of those biscuits over there, mami¹?” Brookline asked in her most cutest voice.

Amy laughed, a short yet melodic sound. “No, not before dinner, love.”

A hmmpt sound erupted from Brookline, and she crawled out her mum’s lap. She crossed her arms across her chest, and she brood at this a moment longer before she took a step to head back to the den. Then with her mother’s attention on her work, a cookie flittered over to her. Eyebrows narrowed, a stilted gasp, then an internal thought, How could it fly over to me? But everything else ruled over her, and her hands reached out to snatch it, a devious grin stretched across her face. Sprinting away, Brookline never noticed if her mother didn’t realized or decided not to tell her daughter that she had her first instance of magic.
Old: Once, when Brookline was 4, her mother had made cookies, and like all children, she wanted a cookie, but her mother had said,"No, not before dinner." Brookline groaned, angry at her mother, then her face changed into a wide opened O. How could a cookie fly to her? It was in front of her wide O. Brookline gasped. She saw her mom turn around but she grabbed it instantly on instinct. She ran away, thinking she could do magic.

After the events of Tenūsa Matthew found himself back home the night before he was due to return to Hogwarts, yet as he entered the dimly lit apartment he couldn't help but notice that there was no usual laughter or playful bickering to be heard. In fact all that lingered in the flat was deathly silence, the kind of silence that hadn't plagued those walls in years. Searching for his dads Matthew came to discover the flat entirely empty with plates still left unfinished and the candle wick burnt out but never extinguished, a hole of wax burned through the centre.

Suddenly all the trauma of the recent event and memories of the nights he spent terrified for his father all flashed back in his head and before he knew it he was pacing the length of the room with anxious tears welling desperately phoning Sean with fear. Before he could receive a response the jangle of keys drew his attention to the door and as the pair entered the first overwhelming emotion was relief. They were safe, they were ok. That emotion barely lasted a flicker in his eyes as the large bandage around Patricks head led the tears to swell and stream from Matthew's eyes.

After much discussion the truth had been laid bare. It was glaringly obvious now that he had the crucial piece of the puzzle, the long "trips away" that prevented him from coming home for the holidays, the lack of response to his owls, the disturbing apathy in his father's eyes when he saw Matt's worry reflected back at him. The young boy always thought that the worst way to lose someone was for them to be gone, for them to die and never be able to see them again. The young boy was wrong, for what was happening to his father was far worse.

Sean explained the technical terms, frontotemporal dementia, a rare strain more common with early onset dementia that changed a persons behaviour, that robbed them of who they were and would eventually take them completely. Matthew couldn't do anything but break, a lifetime of blaming yourself for the loss of one parent only to know the suffering was but a start. Then there was the other factors, Patricks inability to focus from the disease had caused him to miscalculate the step and tumbled him down an entire flight of stairs no doubt injuring his head even more. So for the second time in his life Matt, no more than a child, took on the role of caretaking for his father. While Sean worked he had to control the disease's impulses, its compulsions and lack of inhibition control.

Some days his father was the same man he had always been, stoic and kind and so full of devotion and love he thought it might swallow him up. Other days he was but a shell, he lost passion in art, lost track of conversations and seemed heartless in the face of emotion. It was as if his father had already gone, and as Sean admitted, it had been less than a year. One year could rob decades of a persons being. It was then that Matthew decided he had, had enough. With the head injury cleared by the doctors he resolved to return to Hogwarts despite the growing concern for leaving his father. The magical world had to have a cure, it had to be able to help him and even if it broke every rule in the wizarding world, he would not lose another parent when the answer was available to him. He refused.

TLDR: Matthew discovers that his father has been diagnosed with early onset dementia at the age of 43, specifically frontotemporal dementia due to a build up of proteins in the brain. This realisation and particularly the revelation that his fathers had been hiding it from him led him to refuse to go back to school for a few months to look after him after he subsequently suffered a bad fall given both of them couldn't be off work and Patrick refused to stay in hospital. During this time he completed homework and tests by owl or vowed to sit them once he returned. The exact period is between Early Jan 2026 - Late March 2026

Angel Dayes was born on June 17, 2014 in Caerphilly Wales, to Robert and Gemma Dayes. Her family, has a wide history with culinary industry, so it is suspected that Angel herself has a good taste for food. Both parents are chefs and widely well known in Caerphilly! She'd enjoy cooking with them and making dishes. Her parents are very busy people. As the only child of the family, high school expectations were set and she was expected to have a good future. Although she wasn't really interested in magic or any of the sorts, but she decided that atleast it would be out of the way sooner or later.

Before going to Hogwarts in her free time she would love to read and go outside and sketch landscapes. Sometimes she'd love to sleep or sit under the grass and watch the sky. Her parents are busy people, so she keeps herself busy by exploring town and being with friends.

Several years later, when she's 11, a representative from Hogwarts came to her house and sat down with her and her family and informed them that she's a witch and is accepted into Hogwarts. It was a great shock to all of them, the parents were Muggles and it was very confusing for them as they weren't suspecting magic to come from their very own daughter, nevertheless they were proud to know she'll be going to Hogwarts in the future. Angel had a change of heart and was excited and couldn't wait to start her journey at Hogwarts.

On a summer day, somewhat of a month after her 7th birthday, it was nearing dinner time and Angel wanted to have cake specifically vanilla lemon cake with strawberries and icing to top it off. However, she wasn't aloud to. Her parents wasn't going to give her cake for dinner, so she ran to the living room, crouched down near the coffee table, and threw a fit. While she was throwing her fit, the coffee table suddenly cracked in the middle, but didn't fully break. The sound of the crack was loud enough that her parents heard and she stopped in pure fear and confusion.
