Your iNPC account is tied to your PC. This means that regardless of having iNPC account for 6 months or not, if you deactivate your PC, iNPC will be deactivated too. You just need to be 6 months on your PC account to be able to deactivate.

When roleplaying in a classroom setting or doing a project for that class, do we need permission to do so? Are there any rules regarding the project? For context, the role play was planned to be a project between two people in potions. We won’t godmod the professor at all.

Nope, As long as you're following all the pre-established rules for IC writing, anything goes. While you do not need a professor to approve it, should you require an appearance from Samuel, my owls/dms remain open.

Yes that is absolutely doable, Piper can only bring one pet to Hogwarts but their household can have several if they wish to.
