It's not necessarily anything I think needs indexing but given that he's missing a body part that was biologically part of him, I'm gonna submit this. We agreed upon this months ago, I just decided to submit this request now.
EDIT: Adding after the fact but was reminded by Sarai that I should mention his eye as well. His left eye is severed in addition to his right hand for the same reason.

Her name is Cheryll "Cherry" Emily Edgar. She is Pyce's dad's kid and completely muggle. She was born October 9th, 2018. Her mother died in child birth and she is being raised by her maternal uncle, Jasper Nelson. They live in Paddington, England. Cherry's dad, Aiden Edgar, sees her often but doesn't really do much in the way of parenting.

Reason for Reapplication: So, I want to add to Azrael's family history, they would be known for helping other pureblooded families in times of need but I never specified exactly how, what they do and a few other details: (how people know they help others, what they do to help and how exactly they help) this would include giving shelter for as long as necessary, helping with money (and other essentials), and sometimes (if whoever asked for help used to be influential) helping regain influence amongst other pureblooded families- they are considered a last resort because of how many rumours there are surrounding the Holloway family, so there's barely anyone asking for their help.
(I haven't added anything yet since I think I have to wait before adding anything? But I'm not sure, so I haven't added it yet just in case)

Olivia Williams was born on February 21st in Stockholm, Sweden. Her parents, Marc and Bianca Williams, named her Olivia because she was so calm when she was born and Olivia means “the peaceful one”. However, the same could not be said about her upbringing. At the age of three, she was bitten by a werewolf during a holiday in northern Sweden. It had been an evening when little Olivia had wandered alone through the dark forest and ended up face to face with a werewolf. If her parents had not acted as quickly as they did, Olivia would most likely have died that night.
Olivia's father Marc WIlliams was a pure-blood wizard who was born in 1982 in London, UK. He currently works as an Auror at the British Ministry of Magic. He attended Hogwarts and was in Gryffindor. Marc was one of the school's most outstanding duelists and had O (Outstanding) in all subjects in his N.E.W.T exam. After school, he trained as an Auror but moved to Sweden where he met Bianca.
Olivia's mother Bianca Lindberg (she changed her name to Williams only after she and Marc got married in 2003) was born in 1984 in Stockholm, Sweden. Olivia was staying with Bianca's close friend and colleague Bisa while Bianca and Marc were on a mission to save an Earth Graphorn from poachers. It went well at first, but Bianca and Marc were soon outnumbered by all the poachers who quickly arrived at the scene. In all the commotion, no one noticed when a particularly large Graphorn took its leap towards Bianca with its mouth open. A second later, a scream was heard and she was dead. Marc turned around in despair and took her in his arms before he apparated away.
Olivia was only five years old when her mother was killed. Her father was unable to recount what had happened, only saying that she had been killed by a magical creature. After the funeral, Marc got a job at the British Ministry of Magic and he and Olivia moved to London.
Olivia quickly adapted to the new apartment on the outskirts of London. It was just the right size with a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a small hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a room for Olivia's transformations into a Werewolf once a month. With the new job, Marc could sometimes be away from home for a few days. Olivia found it very boring so she used to either sit and read or take long walks outside until she got tired or hungry. Olivia is above average height but quite slim. She has brown slightly curly hair that she usually keeps short and loose. She doesn't bother styling it and lets it fall as it pleases. Her hazel brown eyes and many freckles distinguish Olivia's face. Around her wrist she always wears a silver bracelet with moons that she got from her mother. She wears it as a gesture of love and memories of her mother. Her clothing style consists of knitted sweaters, flannel shirts and jeans that are preferably oversized. She has scars, both new and old, that extend all over her body except for her face and hands. Olivia almost always wears full-coverage clothes, even in warm weather.

Olivia is quite quiet and withdrawn due to her upbringing. She can have a hard time trusting others and does not like to talk about herself when others are present. But in reality, she is quite smart and has strong feelings that she does not often express. Sometimes she can have sudden impulses to talk about things that weigh on her when she has had a period of very strong emotional experiences. If someone has won Olivia's trust and friendship, you can expect her to do everything she can to be the best friend possible. She would never give away a secret, not when she has a pretty big one herself.

Despite the cold, Olivia had chosen to take a walk, there were almost no people on the streets and Olivia, as usual, guided her steps towards the park that was a few blocks away from their house.
She sat down and took out the book she had brought with her: “Fantastic Beasts and where to find them” by Newt Scamander, of course. It was her absolute favorite book that she had received from her mother. You would think that since her mother had been killed by a magical creature, Olivia would hate them, but it was quite the opposite. Olivia loved them just as much now as she did then. She started reading from the beginning even though she knew almost every word by heart.
But her calm reading was suddenly interrupted by the book being ripped from her hands. In front of her stood three boys who were considerably bigger and older than herself. “Fantastic Beasts and where to find them,” read the largest one who was apparently the leader. “What kind of fucking nonsense is this for a children's book.” He glanced through the pages and laughed out loud.
“Give it back,” Olivia said, standing up. She kept her eyes on the ground and held out her hand to the boy. “No,” the boy said, slamming the book shut with a sneer. “Travis, catch it!” he then shouted and threw the book to the boy on the left. Olivia tried to catch one but Travis held it out of her reach.
“Give it back,” Olivia repeated, reaching for it as Travis threw it to the third boy and shouted, “Jonathan, your turn!” Olivia tried to get her beloved book but the boys just laughed. “Here, Billy,” Jonathan said, throwing the book back to the leader, and so it went on for several minutes. Olivia’s book was tossed back and forth between the three boys like a giant rugby ball.
“Okay,” Jonathan finally said, stopping. “You can have it back,” he held out the book to Olivia, who reached out to receive it. But just at the last second, Jonathan dropped the book so that it landed in a puddle of water. “No!” Olivia said and sank to her knees to pick it up.
The boys just laughed and ran away. Olivia picked up the book, it was soaked through. She held it tightly to her chest. Her beloved book that she had received from her mother now completely destroyed by the boys. But suddenly smoke came from the book and Olivia looked down at her book. It was dry. Olivia’s eyes widened, she had made the book dry all by herself.
She put the book in a sealed container in her bag and hurried home. That evening at dinner she told him about the wonderful phenomenon of the book and Marc burst out in a joyful little laugh. “You are a witch, my daughter!” he said and accidentally made a potato fly across the room and bounce against the crystal chandelier. They both laughed for a long time and Olivia thought that she had not seen her father so happy since before her mother died and then she smiled a little extra.

Lex had been a rather special case as their family called it, being born in Japan and with autism. Lex has always made their way around it though. They eventually came to Mexico to the U.S. then to London, their mother having sadly died within, though she is well remembered and respected. Basically, as a full story, Lex is what you'd consider what they had made as their own word, a trifuse, having made it to describe them, as they are considered a Japanese-American-Mexican, despite how weird it sounds. They had grown up with Autism and their twin brother, Mitsuya, or with his English name, Michael, as well as their cousin Asterius and best friend who is now currently their partner, Taiki. Deserving to be mentioned, Lex's Japanese name is Ayuka, their surname being Nishimura, which believe me had gotten associated with Enhypen's Ni-ki more times than they could count. They ignored the comments of this, despite how fun it would be to live life like that around kids, and went on with their lives. A lot of events had happened, like two more siblings and their mother dying, but it was a good time with each other. During these years, Lex had their crushes, just as anyone else, currently dating Taiki Ishii now. Their siblings are currently eight and soon-to-be ten, while Mike is the same age as them, siblings staying with their father in their house.

When George was validated, he was validated with the backstory that his parents were Muggles. However, George's parents and grandparents were wizards. George's grandparents were Muggle-born wizards and witches. His parents were half-blood as they grew up using Muggle technology in Muggle surroundings.
Same applies for George. He grew up in a house with purely Muggle technology and no magic or wizarding stuff. At the age of ten, he was introduced to the wizarding world.
I have read the blood status lore and realised George should be half-blood instead of Muggle-born, as he currently is. Please change it, as my blood status was not changed during index registration. This change in backstory was already made before index registration (it's there in my ency) but was overlooked by both me and staff.

This is our lore on blood status.
If both of George's parents were Muggle-born (born to Muggle parents), and if he had exposure to the Muggle world, George would have to be a half-blood. Muggle born + Muggle born can equal either half-blood or wizard-born; the differences is in the upbringing/culture of the family. If they are primarily raised among wizarding culture, they will be wizard-born and generally lack knowledge about the Muggle world. If they have more exposure to the Muggle world, they will be a half-blood.
To change his blood status, I would have you post a re-index application and explain that you had the incorrect understanding of blood status. You may copy this owl as some of your reasoning, too, as your blood status was not changed when you were indexed. That way, those on the index team can approve it and paper trail why George's blood status is changing.
Please do be aware that this is a one-time change, so you would not be able to change your blood status again.

It happened when a rebellious heir called Octavius the II, who was not in the direct inheritance line, decided to leave the family and change their surname into Cains due to deep rooted resentment towards the Lécuyers and their acts. The Lécuyers were at first a group of witches and wizards who excelled in the field of illusion magic and transfiguration, devoted entirely to entertainment and arts. They used their magic for performances, at first only in small towns and remote areas of wizard folk. As their fame increased, they began traveling more and more to the different parts of the wizarding world. It is believed that the Lécuyers were the first travelling circus to exist, about in the sixteenth century. They began to have exotic, magical beasts on show, and even maledictus acts. Their performances started to be exclusive, invitations sending out to the elites of the magic society back then. What was once a place of arts started to be tainted of much more sinister. They would appear mysteriously one day, the Big Top arranging by itself, elusive to the muggle folk and all whom were not invited. Such they were called the Le Cirque Mystique. They were careful to not let any performances be known to muggles, especially if they were performing in a more urbanized areas. If any nosy muggle came by, they would only see a barren, isolate land due to the numerous concealment charms placed. Some rebellious heirs protested against the activities they conducted, but most were suppressed. Thus, finally, the aforementioned heirs left their house altogether, changing their surname and whatever relations that clung to them. It was due to a deep rooted resentment towards them that they finally left, as they could no longer watch their acts and do nothing for it. They were later called the Cains, a house revered for their talent in alchemy and transfiguration. The process was abrupt, some decided to leave with Octavius, moving completely to another region. Their descendents later came by as Cains. In a very scandalous event back in the eighteenth century, Le Cirque Mystique was said to collapsed under ministry charges of magical creature abuse and unsanctioned magical performances. What was left of the remaining Lécuyers is a mystery, but most said they were probably taken by the ministry or some may have even left the country altogether. Its rumoured that a circus still haunts the wizarding folk, appearing mysteriously in isolated magic communities but it is difficult to know whether its true or not. It converted into an urban legend, was the most plausible reasoning. The connection between these two families, despite being hidden on most ministry files and documents, were safely imprinted in a parchment locked in the Cain's Library. It held all descendants and ancestors, which evidently showed that house Cain was a cadet branch of the Lécuyers and pages about magical heirlooms and maps of estates. Estella however discovered this on a day she spend idly through the library when a certain parchment piqued her intrest. It was charmed to close from unwanted visitors but the Cains were the exception. They could access it as they pleased, and Estella didn't face much obstacles as she carefully read the history of her lineage. It was indeed a shocking reveal, mostly due to the reason that her parents never told her. She thought she studied her family's history back when she was still nine but it wasn't fully correct. Later, she asked about it and received a half apologetic shrug and smile. It was something that would be revealed when she was of age, they said. It wasn't a surprise that they didnt want any relations to the Lécuyers, due to their less than stellar reputation and overall despise. She only hoped she could learn more of it.

- It is a little unclear on the connection the Cain's have to the Lécuyers, please briefly elaborate on this.
- Please explain how would have Estella found the heritage/the parchment talking about their connections.
- The Lécuyers' circus acts would land them in some sort of trouble, particularly due to the involvement of magical beasts and due to the magical involvement within their acts, they would not be able to perform infront of Muggles.
- Le Cirque Arcanus is an existing organisation, meaning you would not be able to claim this name as it was previously used, which can be found here. This is because it is linked to canon.
- It is unclear what caused the Lécuyers to change their name to Cains, please elaborate on this.
