Yes. You update them every year according to how many you gain once you move up a school year- it also depends on whether you have earned any from quidditch games etc but make sure to update them

Soo, what happens if we don't do all the homework for our year? Can we still do first-year homework as a second year?

for now yes, but i think i saw something ages ago where removing the ability to do homeworks which are for years below yours was being considered. there's not much point doing them anyway since you already have all spells/potions from them and you won't get any house points from them. i'd reccomend focusing your attention on your new lessons once you graduate

Thats alright don't worry.

Depends- if you are planning on making your character a dueller or a quidditch player etc in the future- then make sure that you distribute your stats to benefit so. However if not, then I'd advise you to generally think about what you want your character's strengths and weaknesses to be. For example, if you wanted your character to be highly intelligent but lack in strength as a weakness- then designate more points to wisdom and less to strength. If you arent so sure- then just make sure you make the points somewhat equal/even so that when you eventually decide, you wont lack points in more places than others. I did this with a previous character on the site and it worked quite well.
