I think each house should have a Christmas tree that all the members decorate each year.

A pen is my sword, so I will use it.

Tina Addington wrote: 12 Oct 2018, 02:01 I think the daily scholarship that you can earn from your dorm should be increased. A sickle a day will only get a student about 21 galleons in a year. You can't make a lot of purchases with that. If a student received 5 sickles per day, they would make about 73 galleons, which they can buy more but not too many items.
It's more like over 100 Galleons, however I think there might be merit in a scholarship increasing as you progress into higher years. If it already works like this, my apologies. An increased daily scholarship payout depending on your year might be good. As students progress through the years, the amount of different options available for them increase and having some more income to to use towards buying these things (likely specialized stuff for the careers students might choose once they are in their final years) would be a good idea. 5 sickles might be a bit much though, especially for first years since there would undoubtedly be many people picking up the Hogsmeade map or Invisibility Cloak much sooner since it wouldn't be as difficult to get.

Money / Daily Scholarship
The sickles do increase as you go up in years. So you will earn more as your character gets older. There are also additional ways to earn money. You get 5sickles for newspaper writing and 10 if you become a Prefect. We may release new ways of earning money in the future too.

Christmas tree
There will be Christmas related events and threads for definite over the next month so this is likely to happen, actually! It would be a thread but we could definitely arrange something. Thanks.

I think we need a swimming pool or at least a place to swim!

1. Can we have a rule that when you start a RPG, you must put the date on it? this would help people joining the RPG to tell if their character would be able to be there IC.

2. Can we make it possible for people to make and sell stuff, like Fred and George? this would probably be a lot of work coding wise, but something like that.

In order to make the environment more in depth, maybe some people could make adult characters that are employed at places like St. Mungos and actually rp, rather than just making them NPC’s. I don’t know if this is already a thing, however the only adult character I really see are the professors and such.

We do have jobs at St. Mungos and such for adult NPCs, but I believe that’s closed right now. However, as for rping as them, this community is more focused on the students, professors, and Hogwarts itself. You might want to ask a professor with more experience than me, though.

Yep! Just for me it doesn’t seem too much of an actual ‘world’ just more of a... hotspot? If that makes sense. It seems a little flat. Though it may just be me being over pickey.
