Participation: Both, but definetly more IC than OOC.
Activities ideas: Some kind of tour around Hogwarts for all the first years, maybe? Perhaps an initiative to get first years to not be lost in the castle and get to classes on time, or some such. Learn about a few oddities in the corridors people could comment about.
One Fun fact about your ic and ooc each:
- IC: Cannot tolerate spicy food. At all.
- OOC: Cats > Dogs, any day!

House: Ravenclaw
Participation:Both, but also more IC than OOC.
Activities ideas: A magical version of the bomb defusing game for team building. Most likely an unusual potion with non typical ingredients (not powerful just odd.) Where one person has a copy of the instructions, and another person has the ingredients but neither can see the other. Requiring good communication, cooperation and the ability to precisely describe things the other person may not know.
One Fun fact about your ic and ooc each:
IC: The most fun her probably ever had was being a cub scout sixer (oh and he is likely to behave quite differently when he is no longer confused and anxious about Hogwarts.)
OOC: I was surprised when I learned that reindeer, is delicious.
