Hi, I know this is a weird question and the answer might be obvious. But um, let's say that a player wants his character to have a bad grade at certain subject.

So it can lead to story lines like getting a tutor or something. They might just want their character to look dumb too.

Is it possible to get a bad grade on purpose, and not do well on your homework like your character would?

That leads to another question, can you pretend your character has a bad grade even if you got a high grade on a homework?

You can say your character is failing, that's not a big deal. The OOC homework system is literally just for getting house points and getting spells and potions sooner. It's not exactly a required system so you could just say "hey I'm a T student in Charms." even if you have O's in it

Exactly what Clark said. OOC, I have a E in Astro, right now and in first year, I had an A in Potions while Brooke has Outstanding in every grade! The homework system helps you in points, and getting spells and potions, sooner, as Clark stated.

I also think the system helps you learn the spells/potions too. I haven’t finished all my first year lessons - not enough time - Brooke still has those spells/potions in her trunk, but I, OOC, haven’t have an idea of those first year spells yet!

Hello Karina,
it usually takes 3 days for the map to activate on your side, i ask you to give it some time before checking again

in addition make sure you don't have "Use the invisibility cloak on the Marauder's Map" marked X in your profile preferences.

Thanks, but I've had my map since like Thursday, and it still doesn't work.

Thanks, but I've had my map since like Thursday, and it still doesn't work.

I see you already made a post in tech support, i'd ask you to follow up on it and post again in same thread, so it goes up and admin may take a look at it when they're able to.

Meanwhile other things you can attempt:
Is your browser updated? Could you check with a different browser? maybe clear your cookies and try once again?

I've asked other users and it seems to be working for them.

No clue, I know that European and American day light savings are off by a week or two. Never paid enough attention to give you a good answer here, sorry.

The Europe/Berlin one does for sure! As for the others- no idea
