You're supposed to be getting tickling hex. The Professor is aware and changes aren't yet made as the Prof hasn't gotten around to editing them yet.

But i have used Tickling Jinx in my rp and that worked fine for me too as i got an O.

From my understanding, yes. Originally I had only given Mateo a +1 stat from his quidd win, but then I realized I could give Trace one as well, so yes, if your PC wins an official match in any sport, your PC and iNPC both gain a +1 stat and vice versa
