Kim's first love was Felix too. 
He also fell for Sophia later as well although didn't realize it until it was too late.
Bailey was essentially Kim's third love. - not admitting to anything... just going with the flow of you guys ahahaha. If Kim was anyone else he'd have definitely be into Bailey but as it is, he's not really that into her or anyone else atm. Too much pain involved with falling for someone.
