Becoming a dark lady isn't a sufficient reason, without having a reasonable explanation. Just saying "hey, I'm the new bellatrix." isn't enough.

You'll need a reason to be able to cast Crucio, because in order for the spell to be as effective, you have to have a lot of malice. Harry did not have that, which iirc is why his crucio spell wasn't as strong as the death eaters.

Because of the mention of “would not allow schoolchildren to visit” in the Azkaban system, I do not think they would be sentenced to Azkaban.

Azkaban is a maximum security prison, and even in the muggle world you really only go to a maximum security prison when you turn 18 or are over 18. So to answer this, it’s unlikely they will be sentenced to Azkaban. There are probably smaller jails and prisons around that are not of high security and of that danger either.

To add to what Clark said. Hypothetical, if you get staff position, you can apply for an unforgivable curse for that adult account. However, if you want Yougle to have it, the only way to do it is to graduate with Yougle.

As any other ability, it will require a good and logical reason why it suits the character. Just wishing to be a dark lady isn't a good explanation of why your character is able to use something so cruel as unforgivable curse, or even came to think about using it

I have a question, can you learn the killing curse on this website? I just thought of how funny it would be (for me) if people were RPing and then one guy used Avada Kedavra on me and now whenever I go Pettely's account it only says "dead, not available". Anyway adding to that, can you KILL a PERSON on this site? Cause it would be possible, since you know, magic and stuff.

You can apply for the killing curse as an adult. Your character must either be graduated, or you have an adult staff account. You must have a good reason to get the curse though. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Correction, the killing curse is not claimable.

That is the auto-kill spell.

To add on to this, it is not accepted to kill players on site. Even if the person reached out to you to ask if you would kill them, it is not acceptable because of the large consequences from this decision.

It is largely frowned upon for us as writers to kill our characters before deactivation, as well. The closest to ‘killing a person’ on site is, as the writer, killing an NPC (not an iNPC). This would be like a family member, childhood friend or anyone else in your character’s life (who is not a PC) dying.
