they are real. I’m only learning how to mix the colors and how to make the background/ the color you see right now, but one day I might get to help actually make the chocolates.

I am like an intern. I am too young to be payed legally so I get to work with Chef and gain experience and he gets help. I have learned how to clean the molds it’s actually quite comply mix the cocoa butter and the color to make the colors, helped decorate the molds and how to get lumps out of the color so it will go through the airbrush. How long it takes is determined by what flavor it is, how complex the color pattern is and how busy Chef is.

That must be super cool! I think the only mini job I would have a chance of getting is probably working at a grocery store before I start thinking big.

I honestly would love to be a waitress for a retro-themed diner or something, since my mom has old roller skates from when she was on a roller derby team. I just want to skate around inside. but I don't think places do that anymore.

I love anything retro! I recently stayed at a hotel that was retro-themed, and the mess hall was like a whole diner where you could watch ads from the 80s/70s. It was so fun!
